Welcome to our spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in beautiful Holland, Michigan! Just a 9-minute drive to Lake Town Beach, our property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.



*The pool is not heated but is exposed to the sun throughout the entire day

*For stays of 30 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the home. An additional fee of $100 applies for this service.*



The Space:

The highlight of our home is undoubtedly the seasonal above ground pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging nearby in the sun on warm summer days. Imagine spending evenings poolside, sharing stories and making memories with your loved ones. Additionally, we have a cozy firepit and a lovely back deck where you can gather around, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the starry nights. In the spring you'll find fresh asparagus growing on the side of the home, and in the early fall you can pick apples from the abundant fruit trees in the backyard!



Inside, you'll find a comfortable living space with ample room for your group or family. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the area. Two bedrooms upstairs are each fitted with queen beds, and a rec room with twin trundles as well as a shared bathroom with tub make up the main level. The lower level of the home has a private queen bedroom, living space with TV, full bathroom with walk in tiled shower and laundry.



The property is in a great location, close to both Saugatuck and downtown Holland. Whether you're looking to explore the charming streets of Saugatuck, enjoy the bustling energy of downtown Holland, or have a relaxing evening by the firepit, our home provides easy access to all these experiences.
