The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
It would be great if you could strip the sheets off the used beds, but leave the covers and bedspreads, collect used towels and place them on the washer-dryer.
Also, any used dishes, please place them in the dishwasher and run as we have soap available. That would be great. Thank you!
Take the trash out and place in outside containers. You do not need to take the outside containers to the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Time after 9:00 PM. Although the cottage is located on a secluded 5-acre parcel, we do have neighbors, so please be respectful. Thank You!

Beautifully remodeled cottage with ample supplies and the most luxurious toilets! Beautiful scenery, excellent layout, the most comfortable beds, and simplicity with decorations which made it an easy house to have kids roaming around! Walking around the property was a lot of fun and made for an adventure with the kids. Very easy to get to the beach to enjoy the most incredible sunsets. Very relaxing front porch and ample room in the driveway. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful stay West Michigan!

Finally a place where the pictures don’t lie. It was as beautiful as the listing said. Fantastic gem close to Lake Michigan! This is the cleanest, most spacious, very recently updated place I have stayed at. The best perk was that we were able to bring our pup along without a million rules to follow - he could simply just be a good dog and live life! This cottage is spotless and the owners have put a ton of time to make it perfect. The gardens along the driveway are beautiful and the fresh tomatoes as a welcoming present were such a lovely gesture! We will be back!

This property is immaculate, it was recently remodeled and done extremely well. Very tall ceilings, spotless and very well designed and furnished. We received various compliments from joggers passing by on the home and the garden flowers. The fire pit was perfect for the evenings and a seemingly endless supply of firewood. Would highly recommend this property.
