Bright, modern, well equipped 1 bed apartment that comfortably sleeps up to four adults. 36m², excluding large balcony, with panoramic views over the slopes and down the valley. First floor apartment with lift access.

Large open plan living area with sofa bed, ideal for relaxing and social dining. New large smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.

One double bedroom and bathroom with bath/ shower, separate wc.

A convenient ski locker right next to the ski in and ski out access, and one chair lift takes you to the spectacular Vanoise Express double decker cable car (Europe's largest) linking La Plagne to Les Arcs, effectively doubling the skiing available on your doorstep. The Paradiski area provides extensive skiing for all ages and abilities with ski schools available nearby.

The residence has its own reception and ski shop. A 10-minute walk takes you to the beautiful village with a number of great bars and restaurants and a well-equipped sports center featuring indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

Free covered parking space included.

Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Ian is a perfect host, provided all the flat info. and more. Great communicator and lovely flat with great views over the village and valley. Remember to do leg exercises before tackling the hill climb from the village, but great ski in and out position. A much nicer flat than the one my brother rented in the opposite building, which was rather aged!

Montchavin is a great location, close to the vanoise express. The apartment is great and has easy access to the chair lift.

Sports d’hiver à deux (couple)

Magnifique appartement bien équipé dans une très belle résidence. Bcp de facilités (garage, ascenseur, magasin de ski dans la résidence, accès aux pistes « ski aux pieds ». Un point positif est la grande terrasse et vue magnifique sur la vallée.La communication avec notre hôte s’est bien déroulée, Ian est très réactif. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de wifi dans l’appartement.Pour le ski, l’appartement est situé dans le bas de la station et il faut attendre l’ouverture du télésiège vers 9h pour monter plus haut dans la station.

Top appartement op top locatie

Appartement ligt aan de piste (ski in ski out) met geweldig uitzicht op Montchavin en dal. Interieur is zeer netjes en schoon. Groot balkon, volledig ingerichte keuken. 's Ochtends broodservice via restaurant binnen complex. En overdekt parkeerplaats bereikbaar via lift. Appartement overstijgt de indruk die Home Away schetst.
