sunny in the afternoon with S-W orientation, view over the Tarentaise Valley and the Alps, swimming pool in summer in the building.

Quiet residence, close to shops and ski lifts: 200m from the Transarc, ski-in ski-out departure depending on snow conditions (path to Alpine Garden chairlift, not recommended for beginners)

- Bedroom with 2 simple beds
- Closed cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80cm)

- Clean, good view, short uphill walk to Transarc- No internet - no wifi (as listed) very poor reception of 3G or 4G- 1,5 rolls of toilet paper, no soap- very small bedromms (as shown)

January visit

Apartment is located uphill from a chair lift and we were were able to ski down from door. Return is an easy 10 minute walk from resort center. Apartment was quiet, 2 bedrooms provide good separation. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and the view from balcony is beautiful. Les Arc is a pedestrian village so plan ahead for paid parking, getting keys and dropping off luggage. It’s a bit complicated the first time. Also, bring tire chains because heavy snow does occur. Overall, good value for a nice apartment in Arc 1800.

Super localisation et équipement 5 étoiles

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Pierre. L'appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux et calme. Nous étions aux pieds des pistes et des commerces. Un casier à ski est disponible à l'entrée de l'immeuble. De plus Pierre et la conciergerie sont très accueillants et flexibles. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine. Merci. Marion.B

Excellent location. Small but adequate. Could have been improved with more basic supplies such as dishwashing liquid and dishwasher liquid, more r toilet paper , tea towels and bath towel. We enjoyed our stay

Great summer bolt hole

Great little place. Excellent location really close to Arc 1800 center, but not noisy or busy. Everything you need in chalet, the pool in the building was a real plus. Communication with Pierre, the owner, was easy and always received prompt replies. For is, for 3 weeks, this place was great and if highly recommend.

Très beau séjour aux Arcs

Apparemment bien situé sur le secteur Villards, très fonctionnel avec plusieurs espaces bien délimités et un séjour spacieux, agréable et très ensoleillé. Très propre et très bien équipé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La communication avec le propriétaire est parfaite et je remercie encore son écoute et sa disponibilité.

Appart très agréable, nous aimons beaucoup la situation, en quatre minutes à pied on arrive à l'escalateur Transarc et hop, au pied des pistes. Tout est nickel, propre et de bon goût, tout fonctionne très bien, il y a assez de couvertures, coussins, couverts, tout est bien. Magnifique vue sur la vallée depuis le balcon. Propriétaire super sympa et réactif. Nous gardons l'adresse sans hésiter!

Appartement bien placé et équipé. Les 2 salles de bain sont pratiques .Balcon utile meme si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé car fin fevrier et soleil fin de journee . Le menage et la.vaisselle n'etait pas bien fait a notre arrivee et aspirateurs plein. Tres bonne communication du proprietaire. Proche des.commerces.

Perfect skiing getaway

Great property in a fantastic location near to many ski lifts with a wide range of ski runs. This was my first time skiing and can recommend this area and apartment. The apartment was really comfy and well stocked for myself & my daughter. Great locker area in the building for all the ski equipment, and the local shop was not far away for all our grocery needs. I did not need to use my car at all during our stay here. This was a perfect skiing getaway where I eventually was able to master enough skill to go down some of the blue runs.

The apartment exceeded expectations. It is full of finishing touches that make this apartment stand out from others. It has a very homely feel and decorated really nicely. Overall a very pleasant apartment in which to stay and enjoy Les Arcs

Correct, mais aucune connectivité WiFi ni 4G et localisation pas top

L'appartement est conforme à la description, avec une chambre avec deux lits simples séparés (que nous avons pu réunir pour avoir un lit de ménage avec mon épouse, grâce à quelques contorsions pour manutentionner les lits à 90° de leur position d'origine), et en face l'autre chambre avec 2 lits superposés. Chambres très petites (difficulté à circuler autour des couchages). Séjour assez grand avec un canapé lit que nous n'avons pas utilisé, n'étant que 4. Le luxe c'est d'avoir deux salles de bain, toutes deux fonctionnelles. Casier à skis très bien. Le gros point noir a été de découvrir qu'il n'y avait aucune connectivité internet : pas de WiFi et la 4G ne passe chez aucun opérateur testé (Bouygues et Orange). Enfin il faut marcher 400m pour accéder aux pistes ou aux commerces.
