The apartment is located in the "Miravidi" building. It enjoys a unique view of the Alps and the "Mont Blanc".
It is very bright thanks to its 22 m2 terrace. The 2 bedrooms and the living room have direct access to this terrace.
You will appreciate the comfort of this rental, its equipment and calm.
Finally, it has an exceptional situation:
- In winter, you can ski to the slopes, as well as the return.
- in summer, you are at the heart of all the attractions, and especially close to the pool.
The shopping arcade is at the end of the corridor (convenient for the bakery in the morning, or for groceries) and it is at the station level (it does not require taking an elevator that could be delayed).

On the first day, it is possible to park in front of the building to unload (same for departure).

Appartement idéalement situé dans la station des Arcs à 2 minutes de toutes commodités. L’appartement est très confortable et très bien entretenue. Il jouit d’une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le mont blanc. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très bon et toujours très réactif. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Super super appartement. Dommage pour le bruit nocturne et le service conciergerie pas à la hauteur

Les seuls bémols sont: le bruit la nuit lié au fait que l appartement est sous une terasse publique et non loin des bars dont certains sortent fort tard et fort éméchés puis si il a neigé dans la nuit la terasse est raclée des 6h30 du matin... la "compagnie des propriétaires" gère les services à côté de la loc: service pas à la hauteur : draps Matelas bébé douteux, siège bébé d un autre âge , organisation du départ complexe. .. tout sauf du service pro.

Excellent séjour aux Arcs

Vraiment rien a redire sur l'appartement - la vue est superbe, il est en fait tres pres de tous les commerces (au bout du couloir!), et du depart des pistes. Nous y étions a 5, avec trois enfants plutot jeunes, et l'appartement nous a paru avoir la bonne taille. Qui plus est, Mme Guillet est tres efficace et a répondu rapidement a toutes nos questions. Nous le recommandons fortement.

APPARTEMENT TRES AGREABLE

Appartement très agréable et confortable . bien entretenu et bien agencé. Couchages de la chambre enfants un peu cours quand on a des enfants de grandes tailles, heureusement sauvé par un canapé-lit de secours . Très bien situé au cœur de la station. Balcon avec superbe vue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons fortement cet appartement.

Appartement très agréable et bien agencé

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le secteur Charvet qui est pour moi le plus sympa et le mieux placé d'Arcs 1800. La chambre double est spacieuse et offre une vue magnifique, la chambre des enfants est plus petite mais agréablement agencée. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour ajoute encore plus de convivialité. La propriétaire est charmante et répond rapidement à toutes les demandes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Appartement nickel et bien situé tant par rapport à la station elle-même que par rapport à l'immeuble étant le dernier du couloir (donc pas de passage). Grands balcons/terrasses avec vue magnifique (sur le Nord). Equipement parfait et neuf ou quasi-neuf quand nous y étions. Bonne organisation pour l'entrée et la sortie. Contact sympathique avec la propriétaire. Je recommanderai cette location en précisant seulement qu'il ne faut pas compter se faire dorer au au soleil sur les balcons.
