To accommodate you, we offer a family apartment of approximately 70 m² duplex, consisting of a living room, 1 well-equipped kitchen open to living room, 3 bedrooms + living room transforming into a cabin bedroom by a sliding partition, 1 bathroom bath with tub / shower, 1 shower room, 2 separate WCs, all fitted to accommodate 8 people comfortably and up to 10 people with sleeping in the living room.
The apartment faces the mountain, in a quiet area. It is located in the center of the village of Villards in the heart of the Arcs 1800 station. Retail stores (sports, equipment rental, regional products, etc.) and convenience store at the foot of the building, bars and restaurants in the neighboring squares, and access to the ski lifts nearby.
Parking is free in summer, it is regulated in winter.

Excellent communication with owner. Location perfect for the slopes and ski schools for children. Brilliant stay for an extended family including grandparents. Wouldn't hesitate to return should we ski in Les Arcs in the future.

Great apartment, amazing location

This is a great apartment that is so well set up, well equipped and the location doesn’t get better. We were a party of six and we were surprised but how well laid out and thought through the whole place was. You can see the main ski lift from the balcony and walk there in a few mins. There is so much storage inside making it easy to fit everyone in. Only down side was having to bring your own bedding ( could hire but very expensive) and having to be met at checkout to go through everything meaning we couldn’t make an early start on drive home. However this wouldn’t be enough to stop me rebooking! We loved it and will definitely be back.

Así mismo la información proporcionada por el propietario sobre el equipamiento, así como el equipamiento propiamente es muy buena (lavavajillas, cafetera, equipamiento de fondue y raclette, mucho menaje de vasos, platos,…)Por otro lado el disponer de elementos básicos a la entrada como papel higiénico , aceite, sal, azúcar es algo reseñable y muy de agradecer.

L’appartement est très bien situé, au pied des pistes et face au départ des cours ESF. Tous les commerces sont à moins de 5min à pied. Le Sherpa a 2min. Il est important d’être bien à l’écoute des vacanciers et disponible pour leur apporter les informations correctes et utiles à la bonne préparation de leur séjour. L’appartement est optimisé pour offrir un espace dédié aux enfants à l’écart du salon / séjour. Les différentes générations peuvent ainsi profiter sans se déranger. La proximité du départ des cours de ski est un atout, les enfants peuvent y aller seuls en étant surveillés par les parents depuis le balcon. La situation au cœur du village offre la proximité des commerces, et face aux pistes pour un retour à ski. Un excellent emplacement au cœur de la station des Arcs 1800 (aux Villards) et au pied des pistes. Très bien équipé. Un hôte très réactif face à nos questions et une conciergerie efficace pour nous accueillir et gérer le linge. L’appartement est en duplex face aux pistes au 1er étage, l’hiver vous devez donc rapidement fermer vos rideaux pour votre intimité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (8 personnes). L’appartement est très bien équipé, idéalement situé et très proche de tout. La résidence est très calme. Vacances aux arcs 1800

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bel appartement, chaleureux , très bien placé, très bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine, en vaisselle. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et réponds toujours très vite. Le seul point faible c'est que les draps ne sont pas fournis.vite.répontoujours

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’appartement est idéalement situé et très bien équipé.Les seuls points négatifs sont la piscine ( qui n’est pas dans la résidence et très froide ) et pour décharger les véhicules surtout qd il y a des enfants.

La piscine est un équipement municipal qui a l'avantage d'être à 100m de l'appartement, mais la maitrise de la température de l'eau reste à la municipalité. Pour le stationnement, c'est une station piétonne et nous vous conseillons de réserver en amont au parking des Villards à proximité de l'immeuble. Sinon effectivement, il peut être difficile de stationner en extérieur en haute saison.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement face aux pistes, soleil toute la journée, 200m de l’ESF, de la gare routière des Villards, 100m des courses… Idéalement placé et très fonctionnel. L’appartement est très bien équipé appareil à raclettes, fondues, machine à café, sèche cheveux… Nous avons tous adoré de 3 à 70 ans!!

Très bien situé, au cœur de la station. Balcon très agréable (même si au bas de la résidence). Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’appartement et le niveau d’équipement côté cuisine. Attention la deuxième chambre double est vraiment petite (comme sur la photo). Hôte très serviable et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons cet appartement au pied des pistes et des départs de balades!

Séjour aux arcs 1800

Un appartement très confortable et accueillant, avec un hôte digne d'un professionnel. La station offre beaucoup d'activités, très attractifs pour des enfants d'âge primaire ; nous avons trouvé notre bonheur avec de belles balades en compagnie de nos grands enfants. Une très belle semaine dans ce lieu, à proximité de tout. Les rideaux occultants sont parfaits pour la nuit, mais un petit voilage fin en complément serait idéal en journée pour profiter de la magnifique baie vitrée sans être vu de l'allée bien passante.. Avec ce petit plus, ce sera absolument parfait !
