NY 2024 in Les Arcs

My family and our friends (4 Adults, 4 children (age 9 -13) had a lovely stay at this apartment over the New Year 2024. It's located just by the the base of the Transarc lift in Les Arc 1800 so great for accessing the slopes. You can ski right back to the door so perfect door-to-door skiing. Like many similar ski in, ski out apartments, it's 'large enough' but one couldn't really describe it as large. It was clean on our arrival. We opted to take our own linen and towels as we were checking out very early on our final day and didn't want to face the rather large linen retrieval costs. It had a well equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need. The washing machine and dishwasher made life easy. There are some board games, cards and toboggans so entertaining our children was never a problem. We couldn't access the Wi-Fi but this didn't cause us an issue as we had good 4G coverage. Correspondence with owner was spot on as was obtaining and returning the keys from the Concierge. If we were to return to Les Arcs, I'd certainly try to re-book.

Très belle vue sur le mont blanc, appartement très agréable et bien agencé , bonne literie . Au pied des pistes, seul petit hic ESF qui n’ai pas facilement accessible. Nous avons passés une super semaine.

Ski in and out! Fantastisch.Die Wohnung war klein, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber.Das Gebäude war leider entsprechend des Alters sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Quelle déception !!!

Un accueil déplorable de la part d’une personne hautaine et antipathique chargée de nous remettre les clés et qui nous a rembarré suite à un problème de clé Aucun message de bienvenue, aucune empathie et pour qui je n'ai voulu plus avoir le moindre contact durant mon séjour. Heureusement le propriétaire était plus sympathique et les échanges avec lui plus cordiaux. Toutefois nous avons rencontré des problèmes qui ont entaché notre séjour : • tas de gravats situé à côté de la terrasse et perturbations sonores particulièrement gênantes lorsque nous étions sur la terrasse dû à des travaux et de rénovation d’une remontée mécanique. • Wifi en panne rétabli mercredi matin soit à la moitié de notre séjour. • Cerise sur le gâteau : des frais de service de 80€ nous ont été facturés car nous sommes partis à 10h30 soit ½ h après l’heure prévue sur le contrat et parce que le lave-vaisselle n’avait pas été vidé. Je précise que le ménage était compris dans la location. Le propriétaire qui n’était pas sur place se réfugie derrière ce prétexte pour ne pas assumer ses responsabilités sur tous les problèmes rencontrés. En résumé le titre "exceptionnel" me semblent hors de propos et le prix hors normes pour une location d’été. Je pense, au vu des autres annonces, que j'aurai pu trouver bien mieux pour un prix très inférieur.

Un peu particulier de récupérer les clés d'un logement en partant du principe que vous ne respecterait pas l'horaire de départ. Votre échange avec la conciergerie a été tellement compliquée qu'ils n'ont pas pu vous expliquer la présence du digicode mais réussi tout de même a vous donner le code . Lors de notre premier échange , a priori plus cordial , j'ai du insister pour vous expliquer la présence du digicode . Vous m'avez assurer payer les frais en cas de retard pour les contester ensuite . Vous n'êtiez pas encore parti à10h30 pour un rendez vous d'état des lieux prévu à 9h30 . Il était bien indiqué que les chiens ne devaient pas aller sur le canapé , ca n'a pas été le cas et vous n'avez pas gérer les poils en pretextant que l'aspirateur n'était pas efficace . Une mauvaise expérience avec une personne un peu atypique

Séjour aux Arcs

Nous avons loué ce logement pour la deuxième fois. L'emplacement est idéal car il est situé juste au-dessus du Transarc, lieu de départ pour les cours de l'ESI notamment. Nous pouvons chausser nos skis dès la sortie du bâtiment. Le jardin d'enfants de l'ESI est tout proche, il n'y a qu'une piste à traverser pour y arriver. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique. L'agencement est impeccable avec 2 chambres pour des adultes et une chambre pour 4 enfants. La salle de bain de l'étage est + petite mais des meubles ont été ajoutés ainsi qu'une paroi de douche, ce qui améliore de confort. La propreté laisse à désirer mais ceci n'enlève rien au fait que ce soit un bel appartement, très pratique. Le casier à ski est au rez-de-chaussée ce qui permet de monter les mains libres. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Merci!

Appartement topissime !

Excellent séjour aux Arcs. L'appartement est parfait : grand, très lumineux et très bien équipé. La vue est superbe : un luxe de pouvoir dejeuner en regardant le Mont Blanc. Emplacement parfait dans la station : au calme et en même temps aux pieds des pistes et remontées mécaniques et tout proche des petites rues commerçantes. Le propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique. Sejour parfait !

Situation idéale, proche du transarc. Appartement avec terrasse et vue sur les pistes. Proche du départ de l'ESI et du jardin d'enfants. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactif!

Appartement très joli, pièce de vie agréable et grande (à 9 personnes) , cuisine bien équipée , pas mal de rangement dans l'entrée toutes les affaires de ski rentrent. Chambres agréables et de taille suffisante. Sanitaires exiguës mais fonctionnels. Bien situé dans la station, avec un départ et un retour ski aux pieds possibles. Résidence calme, grand balcon avec jolie vue. Je recommande et je garde l'adresse.

Exceptionnel!

Vraiment superbe. L'appart est extrement bien equipé - absolument tout pour cuisiner, des luges... Il manquait qu'un seche cheveux :) On a passé une super semaine. Nous sommes venus avec un bebe de 17 mois. Par contre je dois avouer que les arcs 1800 pour les poussettes ne sont pas adaptees du tout. Aucun ascenceur dans la station, beaucoup d'escaliers. C'etait compliqué! Le ski etait super ceci dit. Nous recommandons cet appart les yeux fermés et esperons revenir une autre fois. Merci
