Marina de la Duquesa is a front line beach development located in Puerto de la Duquesa, halfway between Marbella and Gibraltar.



Located right on the sea front and a minute walk away from the marina, la Duquesa golf course and all amenities, Marina Duquesa has all the facilities anyone could wish for: four swimming pools, two paddle tennis, a direct access to the beach, underground car park and 24h security just to name a few.

Our three bedroom first floor apartment has pool and sea views and comes with two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a living room opening onto the terrace. It is air conditioned, with freeview television, underground car park with allocated space, 24h security, WIFI in communal areas, four communal swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts, and direct access to the beach.

The property is in a brilliant location. 4 pools which is great!! Never stayed here where I have had to pay WiFi for the week it's normally all in. We had a brilliant stay as always . Would definitely recommend

Agréable séjour dans belle résidence

Une fois encore, nous avons loué un appartement dans la résidence Marina Duquesa. L'emplacement est formidable, proche de la plage, du port, de tous les bars et restaurants et autres chiringuitos. L'appartement est bien conçu. La décoration serait peut-être à améliorer, mais le fait que le canapé soit hors d'âge n'est qu'un détail. On passe le plus clair de son temps sur la terrasse à admirer la vue sur mer et piscines. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le gardien de la résidence est adorable. Enfin, nous avons apprécié, comme à chaque fois, le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Costa Holidays. Durant notre séjour, nous avons pu constater que la porte de la salle de bain du couloir ne ferme pas bien. Le lave-vaisselle ne nettoie pas parfaitement. Enfin, la cafetière à piston était endommagée et reste de faible capacité pour un appartement qui peut accueillir 6 personnes... mais ce ne sont que des détails.

La ubicacion del piso y de la urbanizacion en si , piscinas y cercania a la playa Un repaso a la vivienda , mantenimiento de aire acondicionado(limpieza de conductos ) y desagues,que huelen mal con el uso .

Ubicación de la vivienda , servicios comunes ( piscinas , gimnasio ) Sólo se da una llave para todo , y para 6 personas es muy engorroso el salir y entrar , dependiendo unos de otros . Sugiero al menos una llave o botón para acceso a la playa

Vacaciones maravillosas

Tuvimos un pequeño incidente a nuestra llegada , y después de una llamada de teléfono , se presentaron en el apartamento para solucionarlo en menos de media hora , Inma nos prestó su ayuda y quedó todo solucionado ! Gracias de verdad por en interés y dedicación que mostraste para q nos encontráramos lo más cómodos posibles ! Todo estaba fenomenal
