Appartement agréable mais équipements un peu léger

L'appartement est bien placé dans le quartier des gare au dernier étage d'un immeuble calme. C'est un studio mansardé, bien agencé et plutôt mignon. Certains équipements mériteraient en revanche d'être renouvelés. Le lot est immense malheureusement le matelas, très fatigué, laisse sentir ses ressorts, si bien que les nuits ont été un peu difficiles. Les prises sont aux anciennes normes et nécessitent un adaptateur (un seul disponible dans l'appartement) pour certains appareils électroniques. Enfin si vous prévoyez de cuisiner sur place, il vous faudra tout acheter ! Torchon, liquide vaisselle, éponge, condiments, sucre... Car la cuisine est absolument vide.
