About this property

201 steps from the beach in BUDONI.

House near the beach, located just 201 metres from the beautiful white-sand beach in Budoni, with a shoreline ideal for small children. The house is on the ground floor and features a lovely terrace suitable for relaxing and dining, complete with a sea view. The house has one double bedroom and two single bedrooms with windows overlooking the courtyard. There is air conditioning in the sleeping area. A new bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is an open-concept “American-style” kitchen that opens onto the dining room. Both the kitchen and living room are new. At the entrance gate, there is a small private courtyard where you can store beach gear and manage recycling. Outside, there is also a lovely outdoor shower under a fig tree.<br>PLEASE NOTE: The municipality of Budoni issues fines to those who do not properly sort their recycling. You will find a guide on how to sort waste inside the house. SHEETS AND TOWELS are an extra 25 euros per person.

Excellent apartment. Very clean and spacious. 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach with beach bar, toilets and restaurant. Very close to Budoni town within walking distance of one supermarket. Gianluca excellent host, very thorough and goves lots of tips and suggestions. Thanks again.

Toll, schöne Lage zum Strand

Hat mehr geboten als das Haus auf den Bildern wieder gibt. Besteck dürfte großzügiger sein damit sich der seltene Geschirrspüler lohnt. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

L appartamento è vicino al mare, dal balcone si ha la vista mare davanti e vista montagne dt. zona molto tranquilla...ci sono tutte le comodità di casa,aria condizionata, lavatrice lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, phon, non manca nulla.

Ottima posizione, host molto presente nelle necessità, alloggio vicino alla spiaggia, molto pulito, l'unica pecca è la strada di accesso in terra battuta e un po' dissestata per il resto niente da eccepire
