Welcome to the oceanfront paradise on Kauai at Waipouli Beach Resort Unit F-204!

This unit is a 2 Master Suite bedroom with 3 full bathroom floorplan. Each Master Suite comes with a smart flat screen television, balcony, dresser and double sink bathrooms equipped with both shower and bathtubs. (Yes, we provide hair dryers!)

Central AC throughout the unit, as well as your own Washer / Dryer. Updated gourmet kitchen for all your culinary needs.

This private oasis is walking distance to some of the best restaurants on island and is centrally located on the east side.

The host was very responsive prior to our arrival. Check in was easy. The property is amazing. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were lots of board games, books and beach gear available if we wanted them. Everything was perfect and we had an amazing time. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Fantastic Property

We very much enjoyed our vacation. The property was fantastic. The location is great if you want to explore north shore and south shore and the property is very close to the airport. The pool was wonderful. We got up early to see some sunrises, which were amazing. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The communication was very good. Alex was our contact and he was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Resort had ample amenities. Great location on the beach and close to services. Only gripe is the onsite bar and restaurant was not open until 4:00 pm. No food and drink service by the great pool.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is on the east side of the island and is right on the beach! Easy to go up north or down south or just relax there by the pool or on the beach. The condo had everything you’d need plus a closet full of items for the beach. Across the street is a grocery store plus an ice cream parlor and a place to get the must have shaved ice!

We love Kauai and wanted a suitable space for our kids and for us to have a great time. This place met all of our needs! The pool is spectacular and the area is on point! This condo had plenty of space and all of the amenities we needed and more! The shopping center right across the street helped out so much. I definitely recommend it!!

Wonderful stay in Kauai

Our family of four adults (my husband and I along with my parents) and a teenager stayed in this lovely condo. From the beginning, communication with John was easy. He answered all questions that I had. The unit itself is in a great location by the pool, parking lot, towel desk, bbq pit, and you can see the ocean from the lanai. Seeing as we had 5 people, the two bathrooms were great to have. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I really appreciated the laundry pods that were left as I forgot to bring some. We would definitely recommend staying here, and we would again! The location is perfect for going to Princeville, Waimea, or anywhere in town.

Perfect Family Alternative to a Hotel

We rented a 2 bedroom condo facing the Ocean. The pool was fantastic for children ages 6-17! No lifeguard but designed for fun! I really enjoyed the "endless towel service" There is a limit of 5 towels per condo but at no time did they run out of fresh towels as we needed them. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway/Grocery Store and business UPS store to make food and limited work activity still flowing. As a hidden gem, the Oasis Restaurant sits adjacent the property and is a local favorite. You can order food from the pool with a menupoint app or just walk in ( loved the Oasis) Another incredible service is the ability to book any activity on the island you want to attend through a super nice consider in the lobby. There is also easy access to massages and bike rentals. I strongly suggest exploring the bike path that starts at the entrance of the complex. The path Cascades along the coast and just fantastic. As we were leaving, it was so nice to drive a short distance to the airport and as it seems to all our activities. Really liked the location! Overall a perfect place to rent and will definitely come back! Sam

Waipouli Resort is our favorite

This was our 3rd trip to Kauai in the past 3 years.We chose to stay at this resort due to it being the perfect location for us. The Hosts/Owners made the booking very quick and easy. Great communication. The Property Manager Alex was there to answer any questions we had or if there were any issues, there were none.This room is extremely nice, very large rooms, the beds were outstanding. The room has everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs,umbrella,ice chests and even swim gear, life jackets and toys for the kids.Parking and access to the room is excellent.The laundry area has a large washer and dryer, they look brand new, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils.This was a much needed vacation for us, we couldn't have had a better experience, having this exceptional room definitely made all the difference. We are thinking about another trip next year, hopefully this same unit will be available. Greg & Bella

Great central location on Kauai that let us easily get to both the North and south sides of the island. The resort itself is excellent, the kids very much enjoyed the pool and slides. The room is really big! More than enough space for all 5 of us, quite comfortable and well kept.

Lovely spacious unit, more than enough space for our family of 5. Third bathroom was perfect for creating a dark nap space for baby. Pack and play provided by host in perfect condition. Plenty of free parking, several dining options/grocery stores within walking distance.

Why they chose this property

Waipouli Beach Resort spoke to us as a central location with the best neighborhood. We wanted a private ocean front location with a large pool close to groceries and restaurants. We were looking for a location central to the island so any activity wouldn't be too far away. Waipouli Beach Resort provided all of that and more.

F204 is unique because it has both resort and ocean facing views with reflective private windows. This unit is also one of the few units that have both this view and convenient parking lot access
