Waipouli Beach Resort - Ground Floor #E103, 2 King Masters Suites

Aloha~Why should you stay in our ground floor unit? Pride of Ownership Shows! We have decorated our 1300 square foot unit with high end amenities~ Our unit shows like a model. Our unit features dual master suites opposite sides of the living room. The kitchen is simply amazing and we have added everything we think you might need.

Living room with new sofa and flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for four and an island breakfast area. The master bedrooms have lanais outside with sitting areas and a large grass area for the kids.

Each bedroom is designed as a master suite including 2 Heavenly King beds with luxury linens. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV. There is a private outdoor eating and grass area off of the living room. We are located just a half a minute from main lobby and a half minute to pool and beach. This ground level unit is perfect if you like the indoor/outdoor feeling.

Very nice place and plenty of room.

The place is really nice and the beds were extremely comfortable! Loved being on the ground floor and the nice lanai. I would highly recommend this unit.

Large condo, beautiful property

Tons of space and well appointed. Excellent location for exploring everywhere on the island. The only habited place on the island I didn’t see chickens! The bathrooms were huge, however there was some wear/tear there including cloudy shower glass doors, some moldy spots, and a cracked toilet tank lid. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Great Location Great property manager

Sheila the property manager was so great to work with. We were staying for 5 weeks and wanted she helped make our stay very nice starting with the chocolates and cookies she left for us in the room. Helping us with technical difficulties we encountered. And just a great person to ask about things on the island. Thank you Sheila and Thank you Kelly for sharing your place with us again

Great location luxury resort

Beautiful resort in central Ka’apa. There is a Safeway within short walking distance. As well as a few restaurants. Beautiful pool area, although the pool was too cold to swim in which was disappointing. Three hot tubs which one is designated for family use the other two for adults. The condo is located on ground floor with garden views not pool or ocean views. Which did allow for more privacy. We would stay here again. Owner response was quick

Prachtig appartement!

Het is een prachtige condo op de begane grond. Inchecken ging heel makkelijk en fijn dat we dit zelf konden doen gezien het late tijdstip van aankomst. Condo is van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken compleet en zelfs wat basis producten aanwezig zoals zout, peper en suiker. Goede ligging in het resort en de locatie was perfect. Een supermarkt, wat winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden gelijk tegenover het resort! Het was top!!!

We have stayed at this resort a few times. Love it! The pool area and beach access are outstanding. We had a toddler this time, so this ground floor unit with access to a grass lawn was perfect. Two King beds are hard to find, so we were happy to find this unit. We had everything we needed and there was even a toddler life vest, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Safeway, Ross, Starbucks, Wailua Shave Ice, and ABC Store are a short walk from the property. The only negative was that all of the grills on the property had some burners out. We would definitely book this property again. Excellent! You won't be disappointed.

Great stay

The property is perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of space for everyone. The resort is very family friendly. The location is absolutely perfect with a Safeway across the street for groceries and restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don’t have a car.

We absolutely loved our visit to the resort! The condo was exactly as described and great communication with the host! Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We had teenagers with us and they loved the pool, lazy river and slides. We had several days that were pool days in between exploring the island. It was our first visit to Kauai and I am so happy we chose this condo and resort. We will for sure be back!

The property and resort were beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Nicole was super easy to communicate with and responded super quickly! We loved the rooms and the beds were so comfy. We literally had everything we needed at this property. A well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable amount of living space with indoor and outdoor dining tables, washer and dryer in the unit, easy access to the pool and beach, and right across the street from Safeway and Wailua Shave Ice. It was perfect for our family of four. A great stay for families with kids!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kapa'a at this property and would not hesitate to rent again. The unit was well appointed, and the host communicative. All amenities were present and comfortable, clean. It was wonderful to have options to do laundry which made packing so much easier, and the local area offers easy access to food, activities, the beach and pool. A!

Great Central Kauai Resort Steps from the Beach

This location is so great for walkable restaurants, shopping and a grocery store as well as the main thoroughfare for the Island. Most of our activities were within 20 minutes of the property. There was an air conditioning issue due to a storm the week before so it was very warm in the day hours but we were able to get it comfortable for sleeping. The host credited us for this issue. The beach abuts the property and there are walking trails.
