Overall very good. Price point was quite reasonable and the grounds were well managed. On site security and gated premises. Next door to Lava Lava beach club for drinks and dining. Centrally located in Kapaa and a stones throw from the Coconut Market. I would definitely stay here again. Beach is quite rough with strong waves/ current so not a swimming beach. But the pool and stunning views make up for it. Coin operated laundry so bring quarters with you if you don’t want to use the laundromat down the road.

Roxanne was very attentive to our needs and easy to work with. Her condo is very nice with a spectacular view of the ocean, pool and sunrises. Ideal location that is walking distance to restaurants and shops at Coconut Marketplace and away from the traffic on the Kuhio highway.We have stayed here before and were glad the condo was available again this year for our winter vacation.

This place is not particularly fancy or new but it was perfect for our family trip. We loved the setting and location and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed and the view is awesome.

Great view. We had everything we needed. The place was clean and had things in the shelves and fridge that were left from other guests. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Pool and BBQ’s were cleaned and maintained daily. I read other reviews that suggest it needs updating. Spend a couple hundred more a night if that’s your opinion. Everything worked just fine. Third floor with no elevator so keep that in mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location is perfect, and despite the condos being a bit on the older side, it was a very lovely stay. A couple pieces of feedback: the wi-fi did not work during our stay which was only a bummer because it rained for most of our trip so we were hoping to be able to watch movies, but could not due to the wi-fi not working. One other thing is that the extra comforter in the master bedroom closet had the scent of urine so unable to use it. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo.

Yes kitchen fully equipped. Pool was cold. It was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. We never used the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Condo is very outdated . The TV was way too small for the living room. Owner needs to update pamphlets on internet wifi passwords etc. and get rid of pamphlets that are no longer in effect like who to get a hold of when something isn’t working. The owner is who you call not a vacation property manager. We loved the location overlooking the pool on 3 rd floor.

Perfect location!

The view from this lanai is stunning! That in itself would be enough, but then add the beautiful beach right out front and the huge pool! Right next door to Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Marketplace, and centrally located on the Island for easy access up north to Anini Beach or West to Poipu and Spouting Horn. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely amazing - walking a few steps to the beach, pool, and shops! The condo was equipped with beach/sun gear, fans, lanai, and wifi. Wonderful Beachfront Kapaa Condo

This is a great place to stay in Kapaa. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool is right next to the beach. It is also conveniently located next to the Lava Lava Beach Club and adjacent to the Coconut Marketplace for dining and shopping opportunities. The condo is as pictured and has a nice balcony.

The absolute best place to stay!

The beauty of this condo and the association grounds are unbeatable! The condo is on a peaceful, calm cove - big enough to have space and enjoy the beach, waves, tide pool, and scenery but tucked away and quiet at the same time. Beautiful Kauai Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The condo overlooked the beautiful grounds, swimming pool and beach. We were just a short walk away to the restaurant at Kauai shores and also a short walk to a local grocery store and plaza with shops. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and we even had beach chairs and a few snorkels. I can't wait to go back!
