Beautifully remodeled, 1 bedroom condo with a stunning ocean view. The only thing between you and the beach is the Kauai Coastal Path!

• Queen size wallbed in the living room (that's a real mattress, not a folding sleeper-sofa mattress)
• Air-conditioned (surprisingly rare on Kauai); dual-zone, in the living room and in the bedroom, with separate controls
• Fully stocked kitchen
• 3rd (top) floor unit, with an elevator in the building

I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the trade winds. My husband loved sitting inside in the air conditioning while still enjoying the stellar view. This place has a little something for everyone - binoculars for said view, aircon when desired, spacious bathroom, flexible layout, lighting options, beach equipment, efficient kitchen, refreshing pool, plus that unique Kauai old school flair.

This unit is in the perfect spot on Kauai! We were able to access all areas of the island easily, and were able to walk anywhere we wanted for food/groceries/souvenirs, etc. Gorgeous view, walking trail, hot tub, games, fun koi pond, cold AC, lots of ‘extras’….coolers, chairs, snorkels to use while there. Definitely watch them feed the koi fish in the mornings! We ran into Brenda as we were leaving and she was coming to clean. Lovely local woman….loved our chat! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a great stay in this unit. It is exactly as pictured, which is great. Excellent location in Kapa'a, making it easy to get around the island. Local shops , restaurants, coffee shops are really close and wonderful. We will go back!

This condo was a beautiful oceanfront property. The bike/walking path is directly in front of the building, so there was a bit more action there than the listing could illuminate. But the property was beautiful and conveniently located. My granddaughter and I loved the time there.

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The location was also very convenient. We were close to the town of Kapaa and enjoyed walking the bike path that runs infront of the condo. We were a short drive from hiking trails and public beaches.

I have stayed at that complex many times over the last 20 years and this had to have been the nicest unit, and of course, the most well positioned there. Lovely balcony with the sound of the waves and the shimmer of the sun in the evening The few concerns we had were taken care of immediately
