Many thoughtful touches. This property is perfect for your tropical vacation on Kauai. We prefer the east side, so you can explore both the north and south sides of the island. The owner has many items, including beach and snorkeling gear, to enhance your vacation. There is a cooler, chairs, suntan lotion, and a number of towels, so this property is vacation ready. You have access to the swimming pool at the adjacent resort, which has a waterslide, a lovely view of the ocean, and a poolside bar. The decor is just what you want for your tropical vacation. The lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, but the beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed sunrise every morning. We had reason to reach out to the owner prior to our stay, due to a change in airline schedule, and the owner was very quick to respond and helpful. He also made some great recommendations for on the island, which my wife and I very much appreciated. We were absolutely thrilled to be here and hope to be able to return soon. Mahalo!

Great Condo for a couple!

This condo was a great fit for us for our visit to Kauai, we were there for 2 weeks and it was a really good central location for us to tour all areas of the island. Had all the immenities we needed for our stay. The buildings are older, but this unit was well maintained. Close access to the beach, close access to the BBQ cooking area, and access to the pool and hot tub were nice treats.

Excellent place centrally located!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a rental car and used the condo as the home base for a number of day trips. The amenities at the hotel were a nice bonus in the evenings. We definitely would stay again!

Great place for the price

Great place for the price! If you are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to rest your head after a day of exploring, this place is great. Has everything you need. Great for someone is has a car and is planning on exploring the island on their own.

Great location and clean place to stay.

Very good location. Easily access the southwest shores and the north shores. Easy beach access, a little rockier shore line but great views. Some of the resort amenities are starting to show their age but overall a great place to stay. Thank you so much!

My favorite place on Kauai

I’m a snow bird and I travel alone. This sweet condo is one of my favorite places on the island. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and affordable. Best of all I can walk for miles on a lovely, secluded beach in paradise!

This property is a gem, views of the ocean as pictured in the advert were actually better in reality. 1 minute stroll to the sand beach, quiet, peaceful, serene, swimming fabulous! Resort staff staff, food,, and cocktails next door superb!! Thanks for a dream vacation!

Fabulous honeymoon stay!!

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about our trip to Kauai! We loved how this spot was located almost perfectly in the middle between poipu and Princeville! And just a short walk to the beach! The condo in itself was nice and clean. It came stocked with linens and towels and it has a stacked washer and dryer that came in handy! It also had a blow dryer, some boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and much more that was so nice to be able to use since you can’t fly with that stuff! All I have to say is, if you’re looking to vacation in Kauai, this is the condo for you!

Cute Condo!

Nice little condo for 2. The location was great and having access to the resort was very nice. Condo was nice and clean and just as listed. The ceiling fan wasn’t working in the bedroom, but having air conditioning in the room made up for it. There were beach chairs and towels for us to use. Checking in and out was very easy. Robert was easy to communicate with and gave us a tip on rental cars. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful beach side escape

This condo surpassed our expectations, in ambiance, location and view. While it isn’t “on” the beach, we heard the surf from the deck and living room, and walked a few steps to the beach. The trade wind from the East was delightfully cool on the deck and in the unit. The central location was terrific to cover all corners of the island. It isn’t in town, so it is a short drive to shops and restaurants. We chose to get fresh fish and grill it on the big community grills across the street. $30 gets us a terrific fish dinner for two with some wine on the balcony. We can’t wait to go back again.

Just what the Dr. Ordered

Was wonerful. So glad this was are second stop because we would have been dissappointed with our fist stop! Everythig was great, enjoyed the pool, and some of the other resort ammenities. Kitchen was fully stocked! Kept finding suprises, rice maker Blender, even basic spices! Used the great BBQ's twice for steaks and then shrimp. Walmart & Costo were not far. I would recommend this to anyone for there stay in Kauai. Thanks Robert for being a great host! Your prompt reply's to a couple questions was appreciated!

Perfect Place to Stay on the Beautiful Garden Island

I loved this place. As you make the turn onto the street down toward villas you go through a tunnel of trees that are incredible. It's a nice introduction to Kauai, the beautiful garden island. The host took extra measures to ensure that we had everything we needed, and that meant a lot to us. We really didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you need to cook. That made it easy for us to eat in, which saved us a lot of money. The AC was great, and kept us nice and comfortable. The outdoor grill is really close to the condo. It was really nice and made for some great grilled meals on the beach. As an added bonus there is a small stream that runs right next to the grill. I thought it was gorgeous. Everything is beautiful. The beach right in front of the villas was a lot of fun to spend time on. It was beautiful. You can see for miles on either side, and the surf is a lot of fun to watch. It was too rough to do any swimming, but at the end of a day of adventures it was the perfect place to just sit and relax. This condo is in the perfect location. It's really close to everything, which was really convenient. If you plan on traveling around the whole island, you couldn't pick a better place. Thank you for letting us spend on anniversary at your beautiful place. I hope we get the chance to come back some day, and if we do I know exactly where we will stay!

Good Enough

We got to the condo a little after 4 PM & was startled to find the door unlocked & opened. We stepped in & found a lady in there turning on fans/windows because the AC was not working & wanted to air out the place. Nice, but this was the first time we heard of the AC being out, & it sounded like it had been out for a couple of days. The repair company was supposed to be there that AM to fix it, but didn't show. It would have been nice/professional, for Robert to have contacted us about this. He asked for my cell number, so he had access to that to give us a heads up that the AC was out. The lady that was there (cleaning lady), said that the other cleaning lady would be by shortly with a temporary AC. Her number was left, so about 7 PM I texted her to see when the AC would be delivered. It was delivered after 9 PM. She assured us that the AC repair company would be out in a day or two. We were there for 7 days. We never heard a word from anyone. The temporary AC worked well enough to keep us comfortable, but was LOUD. Point being, Robert never reached out to us to check on the problem, make sure that we were comfortable, update us, etc. The place was nice enough. It definitely needs a makeover. I get that island weather is rough on places. There was a lot of chipped and patched up paint, many of the decor was very cheep, the AC was broken, the microwave was broken & another was on the counter. We dumped the dehumidifier 3+ times a day. The furniture was comfortable.

This location is perfect! The front door is in terrible condition but the condo is very clean and well kept. There is only one air conditioner and it is in the bedroom pointed right at the bed. But we kept the fans on and we were comfortable. All appliances work so you can cook your own food. Walmart had cheaper food but they don't have meat. We got an app called Shaka Guide that took us around the island for 4 days taking us every where. We loved shave ice, but the best is Jo Jos shave ice. Best fancy dinner place Hukilau Lanai. We walked down to the beach for sunrise most mornings. The pool was very nice. We used the grill a few times and that worked really well. We rarely heard the neighbors, but the chickens wake you up at 3am. You get used to it. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. There are so many things provided. They have beach chairs, folding chairs, inflatables, mask and snorkle, umbrellas, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, cribbage, Hawaii books, hair dryer, it was well stocked. I would stay again.

Great communication with location and access to the property access through the security gates. It was seamless and easy. The townhome was spotlessly, clean, plenty of towels, beach towels. Kitchen was fantastic and we cooked breakfast ever morning except for two. Ocean walks and stitting at the pool were such great perks. Thank you and we would stay again.

Paradise

We stayed in the hotel last year and loved it, but wanted to save money - this apartment was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, the sun always shone on the balcony in the morning wonderful for our book reading. Great having a full kitchen and all its amenities. Perfect location to relax, would definitely look to stay again. It was also awesome that we could use their picnic chairs to use at the beach.

Paradise

We love everything about this condo! This is our second time staying here and everything about it makes this our favorite place to be. We felt at home from the moment we walked it the door with the generous welcome basket with a nice bottle of wine and snacks, to the fact that the owner anticipated all our needs. Everything was provided from beach towels to shopping bags to scuba masks and more! The location is perfect, with access to the resort amenities and being centrally located to both north and south coast attractions! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!
