Located in Lihue, only a five minute drive from the airport, this villa offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy all the amenities you are looking for. Our villa, with its partial ocean views, has been recently updated for your pleasure.

You are sure to fall in love with Kauai Beach Villas while you enjoy the lush grounds, ,barbecue grills, tennis courts and the three-mile stretch of beach. If you crave adventure, you will enjoy the countless activities this beautiful island has to offer.

There is pool and spa at the Villas and located adjacent to the Villas is the lush Kauai Beach Resort which allows our guests unrestricted use of the beautiful pools and hot tubs along with the food and drink venues. With the wrist bands provided for your enjoyment, you will be entitled to a ten percent discount at all food and bar venues at the resort.

Nice place with a kitchen and king bed, and a great middle location to visit north and south. The chairs and snorkel gear was awesome to not worry about finding rentals also. Really enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I loved our stay here! Everything about it was just super easy. The place has everything you need and is so cute. The bed was super comfortable. All of the pools you have access to are very nice and a fun activity for the evenings especially! The beach is very close and was fun to be able to do many beach walks. We really enjoyed the central location making it easy to see all of the island. If we get the chance to come back we’d want to stay here again!

My sister and I booked a stay at The Kauai Beach Villa and I must say it was a wonderful visit. We arrived to find everything we needed for our trip. The villa was equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. The Villa is very close to the ocean, which is just a few feet away by foot. Most of the mornings were spent exercising on the grounds or by the shore. What a treat! Robert was helpful, quick to respond to all our questions and made the check in and check out process easy. The welcome sign greeted us with a perfect suggestion of Rainbow Jo’s coffee, which I must say was needed on our first day out!! The owners are great. Highly recommend. The location of the Villa is perfect. Close to the Lihue airport (5 minutes away). Central to all activities and adventures. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. If peaceful and relaxing is what you are looking for, book this Villa. Thank you Robert. Our first visit to Kauai will not be our last! Mahalo.

Great communication with location and access to the property access through the security gates. It was seamless and easy. The townhome was spotlessly, clean, plenty of towels, beach towels. We stayed in the hotel last year and loved it, but wanted to save money - this apartment was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, the sun always shone on the balcony in the morning wonderful for our book reading. Great having a full kitchen and all its amenities. Perfect location to relax, would definitely look to stay again. It was also awesome that we could use their picnic chairs to use at the beach.

The location was great...next to the ocean, able to easily drive to an activity in any direction...and the ability to use the beautiful pools and hot tubs was an added bonus.
