This lovely ground floor 1-bedroom/2-bathroom condo is resort living at it's finest with a pool, lazy river, onsite spa, fitness center, and best of all you are steps from a white sandy beach. Enjoy the upscale accommodation of a fully-equipped kitchen, sub zero fridge, duo-dishwasher, Wolf electric range, and granite countertops. Relax in central air conditioning for your comfort after a day of fun in the sun. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, TV, and private lanai. Ensuite bathroom has an oversized vanity with double sinks and a deep jetted tub. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and separated vanity for added privacy. Indoor washer & dryer for your convenience.

Excellent location across from grocery and within walking to a number of food options. Easy commute to either north or south/west sides. The grounds are beautiful. Family-friendly pool and hot tubs with sand bottoms. No check-in desk. Unit was well stocked and included beach accessories including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels and cooler. Communication with manager was delayed and frustrating our last two days as we were trying for a late stay and they weren't able to get ahold of cleaning crew. This made for an awkward last two days awaiting response from manager who was responsive early in the trip. This unit's location was great for us being so close to both the parking lot and pool.

Excellent overall

Good location, easy access to everything you need, very clean unit, extras there including beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is a bit rocky but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. Great home base for our wonderful week in Kauai!

Kaua’i Adventure

This beautiful property is located just north of Lihue and gives you the chance to easily explore all sides of the island. A beautiful pool and easy beach access are perfect after a morning of exploring and a great viewing spot for sunrise. The owner communicated in a timely manner regarding our stay. We will definitely be back. Mahalo!

The bathroom alone is worth the stay. Great little room in a beautiful resort. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the airport and plenty of Restaurants and stores. Parking convenient and close to the room. We 100% would stay here again!

New Year Stay

This was a seamless vacation starting with the rental. Everything with the Condo was perfect and we loved the pool area and easy access to the beach. The Condo was well appointed and a lovely place to start and end each day. We would stay here again without question. A perfect location, amazing property.

Property was as advertised. Issue with code was quickly resolved (good communication). Overall the stay was really nice on a beautiful property. Kristen was very accommodating with our late check out which we understand is a case by case basis but we were grateful it worked out for us as we didn’t fly out until a late red eye.

Clean, neat and well appointed. Easy access to parking and amenities. No view . Easy access to grounds and ocean. Only suggestion is it would have been nice to have access to extra blanket.

Sadly I have been in hospital

We were unable to make our long planned trip to Kauai due to severe illness. However Jermey and his staff have been so wonderful with helping use I had to make mention what wonderful people they are! I dream of recovering and making a second try at Kauai and will definitely stay with Destination Kauai LLC .

Perfect base for exploring the island!

Nothing but good things to say about this rental. Clean, well equipped, skillfully decorated; an excellent condo/suite. We liked the location within the complex because it is easy in/out and in a relatively quiet spot. We absolutely loved the tub! A nice soak is exactly what you need after a long day of hiking and exploring the island. Loved the live orchids! Fantastic touch. Would also like to extend a thank you to the property management; not only where they proactive, but very quick to respond to our questions despite our relatively late arrival. We look forward to our next visit!

Convenient Spot

This condo is very conveniently located on the island as well as in the resort complex, being on the ground floor and right next to the parking lot. It doesn't really have outside space that's useable, even though there is a tiny patio with two chairs next to the bedroom; case in point, there were painters/workers out there several times during our stay. The place was clean and reasonably well stocked with cooking utensils--although it would be nice if there was a salad spinner. The only issue we had was that the AC air seemed to stop in the middle of the night, and we'd wake up uncomfortable and sweating (we didn't feel comfortable leaving the patio doors open since we were on the ground floor, so we needed the AC at night). But overall the condo is a very comfortable base for exploring the island or lounging at the pool complex. Would definitely stay here again!

KAPAA CONDO

PROPERTY WAS AS ADVERTISED, VERY NICE AND EASY ACCESS ONCE WE KNEW WHERE IT WAS. BIGGEST FRUSTRATION WAS GETTING ACCESS CODE TO THE UNIT. PROPERTY MANAGER ADVISED WE WOULD GET THE ACCESS CODE IN A SEPARATE EMAIL 24 HOURS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. WE DIDN'T GET THE ACCESS CODE UNTIL WE WERE ALREADY IN ROUTE SO ANXIETY LEVEL WAS RUNNING PRETTY HIGH THAT WE WERE GOING TO ARRIVE AND POSSIBLY NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN. NO IDEA WHY THE WHOLE CLOAK AND DAGGER GETTING THE ACCESS CODES. SO CLOSE TO ARRIVAL BUT THAT WAS ONLY ISSUE.

Beautiful condo that made us feel so at home. We really appreciated the opportunity to cook and do laundry in the middle of our trip to Hawaii and the pool/landscaping were absolutely stunning! The pool/waterslides were one of my favorite parts of the trip. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the condo was so spacious. Easy to drive to places we wanted to visit and hosts were very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo

It was immaculate and beautiful. It had all that you needed for a great vacation. The pool with the lazy river was relaxing. Complex was across the street from the complex. The restaurant on the beach had great food and atmosphere was romantic.FYI. The tv in living room may be going out. Screen is dark half way. Did not take away from lovely place.
