The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boast@s the most amount of eateries on the island.

Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Whale watching season is November through April.

Great stay

Unit was clean and furniture was comfortable. Pool area was well maintained. All appliances and cooling system worked well. Travertine floors were spotless and polished to a beautiful shine. (Watch your step, a little slippery). Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Kauai Location

The Waipouli Resort is great – beautiful property that is centrally located to all parts of the island. This unit we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. And Candace & team made it so easy to reserve. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back!!

Perfect stay- beautiful condo in fantastic location!

We enjoyed a great stay as this condo and would love to return. It was spotless clean, well equipped (even had beach chairs!) and beautifully decorated. While we were not in our room much, we did appreciate the massive tv!! The appliances like the washer and dryer were top of the line grade- very nice. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The "PLACE TO STAY" in Waipouli

This location and unit was the best place to stay in Waipouli. Had local wildlife right outside the door. Very short walk away from the beach. The condo was a great stay, with all the most up to date appliances. Loved cooking in and enjoyed all extras the owner has provided.

Incredible Experience

We stayed here with our two kids. Location is great, condo was super clean and in a great condition. Kitchen was stocked with everything and they have a cooler which we used to picnic on the beach. The management company was super easy to work with and they provided great instructions. We will definitely stay with them again.

Our Waipouli stay

Our 6th time staying here. We love this place but perhaps showing its age a little. The wifi died for 3 days, many of the lanai have rust showing when looking from the pool, and the shower leaks water at the seam. Just needs a little TLC but we will definitely be back. One other thing, there are quite a few charges above the listed rate per night, so go in fully aware. Candice was very nice, helpful and responsive in the booking and while we were there.

Wonderful condo on Kauai.

We’ve stayed at this resort many times and love our time there. All the condos are comfortable and have a fantastic gourmet kitchen. F -301 is no exception. Well stocked kitchen with quite a few seasonings. Also beach equipment, chairs, cooler, toys, and even sun hats. Our only problem was quite a few guest disregarded the “no smoking on lanai’ signs. One smoking couple were right under our unit and the smoke wafted right up to our rooms. No one seemed to care. We just closed our doors and windows, which we never do. We had a wonderful time on the island, coming back in the evening to our comfy home away from home.

Kauai Would recommend

We found the condo very clean when we arrived. Check-in was a breeze with the app that was provided. No keys, just a pass code for the door. The condo lay-out was great for two people. The bathrooms were able to be close off separately. Bed was comfortable, kitchen really well equipped with higher-end appliances (even a coffee grinder). We had one issue with the Wolf cook-top that a quick phone call to the management team resolved on the spot. The pool was great (no coolers allowed) and during our stay the beach was barely used. This unit does have a limited view of the ocean and is over the parking lot. It was good enough for us. You can see the ocean and hear the waves. The condo development seems to be one of the nicer places in the area. If you are looking for an ocean view with the sun rising through your windows in the morning you'll have to pay more for a different building. For the money, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful Place, Wonderful People

Outstanding resort! Everything was absolutely perfect. Our room was perfect and honestly the pictures on the website didn't even do justice to how wonderful our room really was. The resort was wonderful, super friendly employees. If you are looking for a resort that has a beach to swim at, this is not the one. The beach there is definitely not swimable... But the whole point of being in Kauai is exploring different beaches around the island. So that did not bother us one but. We still used the beach, and it is very beautiful. The restaurant on the resort is fairly overpriced, but they have great food (not amazing) and is a nice treat. Candace at Kauai Calls is one of the friendliest people I have ever met, and she goes completely out of her way to help you with anything you need. Customer service still exists! She is WONDERFUL, and we will rent from her over and over and over again. Our room didn't have the BEST views, but they were still NICE views and who can complain when you are in Kauai, and who really stays in their room that much anyway? For the times we were in there it was super comfortable. Even felt homey to us, not like a hotel that you never quite settle in to. Kitchen was equipped so well, that they has things that I don't even have at home in my own kitchen! Absolutely wonderful experience and we most certainly will be back!!! PS super convenient to have a couple grocery stores and little shopping center across the street. Very close to the airport too! I would definitely stay in Kapa'a again!

Awesomeness

The condo was awesome. The living room has comfortable furniture and a t.v. As huge as can be. Wonderful to watch , when not at the pool or oceanThe kitchen well stocked with everything you’d need. The king bed cozy..with nice linens and a lovely lanai off the bedroom -coffee in the a.m. wine at night. The bathroom is huge! Lots of towels. There is a washer & dryer. Very clean condo and view. Property mgt. was great aloha! We were at the condo for 1 month! Awesome! Restaurants and Safeway within walking distance.

Great EXCEPT strong pot smell

This is a great unit with everything you would need and high quality. The Waipouli Beach Resort is lovely. The views from the unit and the location are quite good. UNFORTUNATELY, the vent system is connected to other units and one we were connected with was smoking weed 5 or more times a day. The smell was sooo strong in our bathroom that I was nauseous and my head as spinning. Once I figured out to close the bathroom door and open every window it was barely bareable. Unfortunately, with individually owned units I didn't know even who to contact about the problem. We were not able to use the big bathroom at all during our stay due to this problem. We ended up having to leave the unit simply to get away from the smell (when we would have rather rested in the unit). For the very high price point, I did not expect this type of problems.That said, everything else in the unit was ideal. Had I not been staying above or below a drug addict, I would have given this unit a 5 star review.

Beautiful trip to the Garden Island

We had an amazing time in the condo and the island! The owners are fabulous! The accommodations are perfect, and the location is superb! The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, and the view of the beach and large living space made it relaxing at anytime. The resort has everything entertaining and the nearby restaurants and grocery stores are easy to access.
