There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Located on the 4th floor this well decorated 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo has cathedral ceilings and offers a Beautiful Oceanview with easy access to the elevator taking you within steps of the 2 acre Fantasy Pool and white sandy beach with quiet privacy when returning to the condo.

This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality elegant decor.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a dresser and a Master Bath with a soaking tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower in the 2nd bathroom. With the queen sleeper sofa this condo comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels.

Everything is within walking distance: heated pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path for miles - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

The resort pool was outstanding and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tubs every night. The beach area was very nice with great chairs to sit and enjoy the view, particularly the sunrise. The unit is a bit dated. The tub had a crack that was mended and didn’t look presentable. The ocean view is partial. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The accommodations are top notch from the well equipped kitchen to the very comfortable bed. This was our second visit to the Waipouli resort and will likely be our third. Shopping and restaurants are close by (The Bull Shed was awesome only to be outdone by Hukilau Lanai). Our best excursion this time was Mountain Tubing (highly recommended, so much fun)

Waipouli Beach Resort

Beautiful condo with a partial view of the ocean. Well stocked with all the amenities needed for our stay (including beach chairs). Great location on the island to get to excursions, beaches, restaurants and grocery store across the street.
