You've found a well-located gem on Kauai's Coconut Coast! This Kapaa condo community features an oceanfront pool, beach access, and a grassy lawn for taking in the sea views (including truly spectacular sunrises) and MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING!. While the building for this condo unit isn't oceanfront, it's just a short stroll to the oceanfront pool and beach access. Plus, your building has its own pool, as well.

More beaches await nearby: in this central spot between the North and South Shores, some of the world's most beautiful stretches of sand are just a short drive away.

Your condo even includes dedicated parking, so you'll always have a spot waiting for you at the end of your adventures.

Bed & Bath
Ideal for families, this crisp, clean 2-bedroom condo features a king-size bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms come with a mini split A/C system which is a rare occurrence for Kauai!. It's not always necessary, but louvered windows and Kauai's trade winds make for a refreshing combo, and fans in both bedrooms and the living area circulate the sea breezes and keep things cool. Both bedrooms share a sparkling bath with a roomy vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Activities
Oversee the pool and palm trees from your private lanai with a 4-person patio table. Just add a mug of coffee and breakfast from your updated, stainless kitchen, and your day is off to a great start.

As far as how to spend your day, you have many options! Rent a bicycle and pedal the nearby Kapaa Bike Path, an 8-mile path winding alongside a dramatic coastline, passing several beaches (including popular Lydgate Beach) and Instagram-worthy vistas along the way.
Or pack up the beach gear we provide and drive about 40 minutes to Poipu Beach on the South Shore—a gentle, kid-friendly beach with excellent snorkeling. This area of the island gets the most sun on average, so if it happens to be raining in Kapaa Town, head south and the clouds will likely part!

On your way home, stock up on dinner ingredients at the Safeway right across the street, including some goodies for the shared BBQ grill near the pool. Or skip cooking and sample one of the restaurants within walking distance.

When the sun goes down, you've got WiFi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a in-unit washer and dryer for keeping beach towels fresh for tomorrow.

The rooster noise did not bother us at all, white noise blocked it all out just fine. I am glad we brought our own beach towels for the beqch, the ones provided were perfect for the pool.

This was a great place to stay during our trip to Kauai! The apartment was great... check-in was easy, the place was clean and everything worked as it should. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, a vegetable peeler, etc. We forgot to bring beach towels, but luckily there were 6 stocked in the apartment, plus some snorkeling gear and other random beach accessories. We actually found that the apartment was more well-stocked than the listing suggests. The location is great...a few steps away from the beach and within a couple minutes walk from Safeway, an absolutely amazing coffee shop (Collab cafe... don't miss it!), a snorkel/surf shop, and lots of restaurants and food trucks. I will absolutely be staying here if/when I come back to the island.

Excellent location, friendly atmosphere

I had a small hiccup checking in but the property manager smoothly fixed. That was very much appreciated after a long flight. The unit had all the amenities need. The people were all friendly. Shops, restaurants and stores all within walking distance. The beach was great to hangout at. Would definitely recommend.

fantastic spot!

This is a great find! Clean and comfortable. We loved having access to the beach and lawn chairs to see beautiful sunrises. We didn't use the pool but noticed it was maintained and cared for daily. The kitchen had what we needed for some simple meals. It was very handy to have the washer/dryer in the unit. We were able to walk to a couple of nearby restaurants. We had a question for the property manager and he answered right away and was very responsive and immediately helpful. I very highly recommend this property.

The condo was well furnished and worked well for our family. Check-in was very easy, but a property map or clear note that the unit is in the first building on the right would have helped—we arrived after dark and had trouble finding both the unit and the correct parking space. Throughout our stay, other cars repeatedly parked in our assigned spot. Some units had signs, but this one only had very worn paint, making it hard to read.The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The bathroom could use updates: the shower rod was rusted and hard to slide, the built-in clothesline was unusable, and the tub spout diverter kept falling off. The fan didn’t work, so the room stayed damp after showers.Beds were comfortable. The main bedroom windows didn’t fully close at the top, so it stayed partially open, and the roosters outside started crowing very early.My kids loved the pool, and having it right outside the lanai was great. We later discovered beach toys in the outside closet and eventually figured out the walking path to the beach—both would have been helpful to know up front. The beach chairs were a game changer.Overall, the condo fit our family well and we enjoyed our stay. We would consider returning if the bathroom is updated.

Best of Both Worlds - Pool + Beach

Overall this was a great location, best of both worlds with the beach a 2 minute walk across the parking lot and the pool right outside the door. Also walking distance to various restaurants and grocery store. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and while the place is small, still felt like we had enough room. Both beds have extra soft mattresses, may tough for those that need a firm bed. The kids loved the loads of pool and sand toys that were available. The beach chairs, umbrella, towels were great to have as well. There were a few snorkels and fins as well. I wish there were hooks or a line to hang towels and swimsuits up outside (there is a not so clean one in the shower). We ended up just using the table, chairs and lanai wall (but came home with one less swimsuit, not sure what happened to it)

Nice place with A/C and washer and dryer!

We are a family of three and really appreciate having a second bedroom for our 17 year old son and not sticking him on some sleeper sofa. This place checked off on so many boxes and we like to stay close to a family member that has a place near by. The host was responsive when we noted a problem with the sink and had the faucet replaced to our surprise that day. Towels were abundant too. The only thing I would note is that for anyone that is a stickler for an immaculate place, this is close to the beach, with louvre windows so salt air and dust from outside creep in and do their damage. The place was kept clean and so we didn’t really mind because the value for the amenities was worth it. The pool out back was peaceful and we were close to everything so our walks along the beach and through town were fun.

Live like a local

If you are looking for a place to stay where you feel like a local then this listing is for you. The location is on the East shore which allows access to great restaurants, a short walk to beach access and a quiet condo. This location also gives you access to the north and south shore with an easy, beautiful drive. For the condo itself - it is air conditioned which is a pro. The kitchen is clean and well appointed with everything you need to get started on living like a local. The principal bedroom mattress is very soft. If you have back issues - buyer beware. The principal bedroom has a damp smell and the carpet is a little yucky. The second bedroom has a rock hard mattress - buyer beware. The bathroom is fine - there is some rust and mold on the ceiling in the shower. The washer/dryer in unit was new and was perfect after a day at the beach or hiking. There is a small pool right outside the door which our kids loved.

Ah-mazing!

This was the perfect condo for our family. We were close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. All within walking distance. Kapa'a is a fun, centrally located and easy location. Check-in was simple and easy. All questions I had were answered in a timely manner. We loved the kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals and have lunches in vs. out. The bedrooms were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio (lanai) in the evenings after fun days at the beach. The pool was so close and accessible. There are 2 pools, which we didn't know about until one of the residents let us know. The more the merrier. I loved having the washer and dryer available to dry towels and we did a quick load for traveling clothes before we left. The condo was stocked with detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soup, TP, trash bags. We were surprised with sunscreen also as it was much needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation get away! We will stay here again when we are able to return to Kauai.

Great place, but a little small for 4 people

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, and well stocked with towels, dishes, and other amenities that made the vacation easier. The beds were comfortable as well. The one gripe was that even with the windows open, the place was hot (during June). The only way to really get a good cross breeze was to open the door. (if the owner feels otherwise, I'd recommend adding that to the instructions). Also, it was hard to know what was part of the complex and what was not. A map, would also have been helpful. (aka....it wasn't till the last day that we found a ping pong table...). We are a family of 4 with a 2yo and a 5yo. They had a pack-and-play for the 2yo ($25). With the 4 of us, the rooms felt pretty tight and there wasn't much room for luggage and toys. Since the 2nd bedroom had sliding fogged glass doors, we felt limited in that we couldn't really use the main room since we wanted to keep the lights off and also the doors partially open to add to air flow. We loved the porch and eating on the deck, but again, not really ideal space for 4 people. 3 would have been perfect.

Fab comfy condo in a great spot

This was the perfect place for my family of four. It’s a great location for getting to the north and south shores for all your adventures and close to the Ho’opi’i Falls. The condo was welcoming and open. They thought of a lot of little touches that you would need and great to have a washer and dryer.
