Welcome to 'Wailua Hale Lani'; our beautiful, Kauai, one bedroom, one bath condominium at Wailua Bayview. The condominium is on the second floor (#201) of a three-story, 45 unit complex. Continually updated and meticulously maintained, the unit boasts island-themed furniture, high-end appliances, and comfortable flooring throughout. Traditional tropical decor and soothing colors complement the spectacular ocean view from your private lanai. Wailua Bay with a wonderful, sandy, swimming beach is just 100 feet from your door.

Located on Kauai's sunny east Coconut Coast, you will be close to fine dining, shopping, and golfing. The Fern Grotto, Wailua River, Lydgate Park, and the Coconut Marketplace are all within a five minute walk or drive. With the spectacular Na Pali Coast and Hanalei Bay to the north, and Poipu Beach and Lihue to the south, your central location will make exploring easy and convenient.

Our fully-equipped, No-Smoking, air-conditioned condo will accommodate four guests with a queen bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. A custom kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the unit will make you feel right at home. With 700 square feet of living space, the unit has plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy your dream vacation in Paradise.

Centrally located between popular Poipu and Princeville areas. The condo was well appointed, clean, and has a beautiful view of Wailua Beach from the lanai. Great place to have coffee and/or cocktails. The host, Kevin, is the best! Great communication and so considerate of events out of his control. We plan to stay again.

The only way to describe our experience is that it was amazing. The condo felt like a home and had everything you could ever want or need. The views from the balcony and the sunsets were breathtaking and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. My wife and I stayed here after hiking the Napali Coast and it was pure comfort and relaxation after we got to the condo and we were able to our laundry which was great. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This condo has everything you need for a week in Hawaii. The kitchen is well equipped and there is beach gear, an outside shower and lovely small pool. The washer and dryer are a great plus. It was perfect for us and we look forward to returning.

Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to back to the island ! Such a nice view from the lanai, and great proximity to other areas of the island:) Kevin was great to deal with as I had this condo booked through Covid and had to postpone. Already planning our next trip back !
