The property is beautiful and the area was right in the center of all shops, restaurants n beaches. The view was wonderful on the balcony. The ac in condo worked perfectly. Only problem we encountered was ants in sink and around sink area. Host was quick with check in details and other helpful information of area. All in all it was a perfect stay. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the trade winds. My husband loved sitting inside in the air conditioning while still enjoying the stellar view. This place has a little something for everyone - binoculars for said view, aircon when desired, spacious bathroom, flexible layout, lighting options, beach equipment, efficient kitchen, refreshing pool, plus that unique Kauai old school flair.

This unit is in the perfect spot on Kauai! We were able to access all areas of the island easily, and were able to walk anywhere we wanted for food/groceries/souvenirs, etc. Gorgeous view, walking trail, hot tub, games, fun koi pond, cold AC, lots of ‘extras’….coolers, chairs, snorkels to use while there. Definitely watch them feed the koi fish in the mornings! We ran into Brenda as we were leaving and she was coming to clean. Lovely local woman….loved our chat! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a great stay in this unit. It is exactly as pictured, which is great. Excellent location in Kapa'a, making it easy to get around the island. Local shops , restaurants, coffee shops are really close and wonderful. We will go back!

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The location was also very convenient. We were close to the town of Kapaa and enjoyed walking the bike path that runs infront of the condo. We were a short drive from hiking trails and public beaches.

This condo was a beautiful oceanfront property. The bike/walking path is directly in front of the building, so there was a bit more action there than the listing could illuminate. But the property was beautiful and conveniently located. My granddaughter and I loved the time there.
