The ocean view was amazing! Plenty of kitchen items to cook anything you'd like. Condo was beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect! Literally have everything you need within a two block walk. Bike/walking path directly outside the padio door…and hard to find a better spot to have coffee and watch the sunrise.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. Very clean and updated. Literally steps from the ocean! Beautiful sunrise every morning. Steps from the bike/walk trail. Kapaa is a beautiful little town. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Excellent host. The condo is stocked with all of the essentials needed for the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Most relaxing vacation ever! Thank you, Lena.

This ground-floor unit is just yards from the actual ocean, which is what you hear and see 24 hours a day. When you open the patio door and the back bedroom window, there's a steady breeze flowing through the home. The owners have stocked the unit with literally EVERYTHING you need to feel comfortable and provided for, including quality cookware, plenty of towels, sharp kitchen knives, etc. There's an air conditioner in the bedroom so you can close the window and the drapes and stay cool throughout the night. The owner is very responsive and helpful. There's an oceanfront walking/bike path, and two bicycles kept in the unit. The Pono Kai resort is beautifully maintained and centrally located, yet you feel like you're away from it all. Our intention was to relax, rejuvenate, and reinvent ourselves for the next chapter of our lives. We couldn't have chosen a more ideal site for our Retreat!

Very nice condo, close to stores, shops and restaurants. Nice sandy beach good for swimming only 2 minute walk down bike path. Would recommend this place to anyone staying on Kauai.

Great location. Kitchen was well equipped and nice to have snorkel gear and bikes.Nice walking/bike pathway right outside the lanai and across the lawn. Only negative- unable to get local tv stations and bedroom tv not functional.

WOW is the best way I can describe this place! Steps from the ocean and a miles long walking/bike path. We watched dolphins and whales every day from our patio. This place is a 5 star hotel! The best way I can describe this place is it felt like home as soon as you walk in. We will be staying here again. The host was awesome to work with.

We really enjoyed using the bikes, they were lightweight and easy to pedal. The bike path in front of the unit is excellent, especially pretty going north. Parking was easy, office had a luggage cart which helped. The beach umbrella and snorkel gear looks new, we also used the cooler and were appreciative of all the amenities. The patio was wonderful to relax on and view the ocean mornings and evenings. The grounds were quiet, we were there mid April. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC was great. The unit has everything you would need for a comfortable stay, quality furnishings, and very clean. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location & lovely condo!

The owners have supplied everything you’d possibly need to enjoy your stay! Lovely furnishings! Also, the location is very convenient to travel on the island, plus a short walk to the town of Kapa’a.
