Beautiful and convenient

The view was beautiful and everything was as it looked in photos! The location is very convenient to the rest of the island plus restaurants, coffee shops and stores close enough to walk to. We would definitely stay here again!

The view from the lanai is spectacular! Our trip was delayed a day because our flight out of DFW was delayed so long we missed the connecting leg to Kauai. The property manager graciously worked with us and pushed our whole stay back a day. We are grateful and impressed by that. Thank you, Cindy. Comfy bed, good location, great view! We had a wonderful stay!

This property has a wonderful, oceanfront view which we enjoyed every morning and evening. There are several food options within easy walking distance, as well as, a grocery store and souvenir shopping. It's very conveniently located for exploring the entire island. We definitely plan to be back!

Great location, amazing views

Location is perfect. Relatively close to the airport, and easy to get to both the North and South shores. Easy access to beach. Shopping center within walking distance. Had no problems finding parking. Studio is cozy and well equipped, and has great views of the ocean.

Serene beautiful and great location -close to stores/restaurants and places of interest

The property is beautiful-tropical plants and beautifully manicured. Just steps from the beach. Our lanai looked out onto the ocean where we could relax to the sound of the waves. Our studio was equipped with everything we needed and it was close to amenities. It was clean and comfortable-good vibes. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location

Everything was perfect and as shown in photos. There are lots of nice restaurants, shops, and activities within a less than 5-10 minute drive. Is easy to walk to lots of different things from the location. You can drive to anywhere on the island in around an hour or less, even the furthest parts of the island. Walmart is 15 minutes away. Very relaxed and quiet environment. We went for our honeymoon and it was perfect.

Homey Hawaiian Hub

This condo was perfect match for our parent getaway without kids. The view from room is amazing, so close to pool and ice machine and beach. Cindy did great job communicating with us, and got us new towel exchange and beach chairs when rusted one broke. The coconut market is within walking distance and very convenient for shave ice , groceries and excursions. We drove to north beaches and south wiamea canyon… the property is great hub for exploring.

Beach Accommodations

We had a good time staying at this VRBO. We chose it for its central location and beach views, which didn't disappoint. The property manager was very responsive and the listing is pretty accurate. This VRBO is essentially a hotel room in terms of size and layout, as well as building setup. Just know that you might hear doors close, water moving in pipes, toilets, outside guests, etc. Roosters are a thing on Kauai and they are a thing here, starting at 5am, not sure that will change anywhere you stay on-island. We used ear plugs, but we sleep light.Parking can be a struggle after 7pm and you may have to park on the street. We found the area to have so many conveniences that it made up for the perceived shortcomings in our eyes. There is a grocery store a short walk away, great path outside with restaurants nearby, easy highway access and central location to drive north or south. Decent stay for the price. There is a pool and the grounds are well kept. Great sunrises from this property as well. We won't frequent this VRBO in the future, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't.

Great view!

The room was excellent, and the view even better. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. I also enjoyed the mindful details, like conveniently located charging ports and bathroom night light.

Location location location

Wonderful location. Beach and bike bath on one side. Coconut market place on the other. Clean and great communication. The only changes needed were small ones due to being at the ocean- new lamp shades and shower curtain.

Overall a good stay, but pictures are deceiving

Our stay was good. The bed was a bit hard for me and it was a lot of stairs to go up and down with a bad back. I didn't have the back problem when we originally made the reservation. The shower drain wasn't working well, but it was fixed 2 days later. They did give us a $75 credit for dealing with the shower drain issue for 2 days. The photos make the unit look bigger and much brighter. It is actually quite dark inside both the bathroom and the main room. The balcony is a great addition to the room and we loved sitting outside in the lounge chairs. We didn't use the pool area.

Perfect Island retreat

We loved our stay- the suite was just as advertised, clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for quiet days at the beach and easy to access food and shopping. The lanai was our favourite part-nothing beats starting your day with coffee overlooking the waves! We would definitely come back.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We are so thankful to have found this perfect little spot for our mother/daughter vacation. Kauai is the most beautiful island, and the views from this condo are breathtaking. It was the perfect setup for 2 people, and we enjoyed our stay very much!
