Exactly as described! Fantastic proximity to the north and south shore areas. Having the coconut market right there was handy for shopping and meals. The view is exactly as pictured! We would happily stay again! The property was well kept and beautiful. Great spot to watch the sunrise.

This property was perfect for our 35th anniversary celebration! Our favorite activity was stepping out our door to enjoy magnificent sunrises and comical crab drama. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was ideal for exploring the entire island and having plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great place for a couple

We really enjoyed staying at this studio in Wailua. The location had a lot of great restaurants nearby, and was also good for day trips to other areas of the island. The room was very clean, and the view from the room is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

30th Anniversary Trip

This property was perfect for our stay on the island! There was a small issue and after contacting the owners, it was resolved immediately. We highly recommend staying at Serenity and hope to return some day!

Amazing view of the ocean, property was as advertised. It is very small, but perfect for 2 people if you want to be on the ocean. Loved being 30 minutes from the South and North beaches. The property was very clean.The only con were the roosters. While the chickens were fun to watch during the day the roosters started crowing every morning around 3 am. It made sleep difficult. Not much can be done, but we ended up leaving the slider open at night to have the ocean drown out some of the noise. We were up every morning by 5 am because of the roosters. It wasn't all bad though, as we got a early starts each day :)

Fantastic accommodations

Our first visit to Kauai and the location was perfect for us. Everything was as described, only better. We hope to return next year again for our anniversary and stay a little bit longer. The view is amazing right from the room and the easy access to the ocean was just what we were hoping for. The property grounds are well kept and perfectly in tune for a tropical retreat from everyday life.

Fabulous experience by the beach

We had a wonderful time here! You cannot beat the location, and the condo was very tidy. Happy hour by the pool, watching the sunrise in the morning from the lanai, and central location to everything on the island - who could ask for more? I'll be back!

Beautiful Stay

Our studio room was just perfect for the two of us. We spent every morning enjoying our coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The location is great, as it is just a parking lot away from the Coconut Marketplace with many choices for food and shopping. The ABC store's deli has excellent food to go. We could order a delicious breakfast and bring it back to our room and at eat it with an ocean view! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is nice too. Its a bit rocky to try and swim in the ocean there at the property, but there are beaches nearby. Lydgate is great for people that dont want to be tossed around. We were very happy with our stay!

Favorite place in Kauai

Loved the unit...hearing the ocean waves crashing against the shore, keeping the screen door open all the time for the ocean breeze...the area and units were very quiet. Did not need earplugs at all which is a first staying in condo unit. The only drawback is that the unit needs a good deep clean. Surfaces were clean but don't dare drop something behind the headboard! Would recommend and would stay again despite unit needing a deep clean.

Loved everything about this

Amazing stay at this beautiful property! Unit is exactly as pictured. Very spacious studio with comfortable king sized bed with an equally spacious bathroom. We enjoyed many meals on the fabulous balcony with picture perfect views. The property itself is also beautiful- the grounds are well kept with gorgeous landscaping. The pool, spa, and pool bar were also very convenient and a joy to use. Amazing location with so many wonderful restaurants, beaches, shops, etc all within walking distance. The majority of our excursions, including the airport, was a short drive away. We would absolutely love to stay here again! One small note: might want to include the detail about needing to obtain a parking pass in the check-in instructions email. It was indeed included in the binder in the room, but it was easy to miss. Luckily, security gives a warning before towing. :)

We had an amazing experience here! It was so nice to be able to watch the sun rise from our balcony and hear the waves in our room! Everything in the room was great and as described in the listing. The area is great and easy to get around. We explored the north and south sides of the island during our stay, so the east side was a great home-base to access everything!

Perfect Spot

We loved staying in this studio with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and taking in the view. It was so nice to have the beach, with lounge chairs a few steps from our building. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this for any single or couple. The location is also central for day trips to Princeville or Poipu and beyond if you have a car.

Only stayed at this location one night because the air conditioner wasn’t working. The company was so accommodating and fast to respond. The location they moved us to was heaven! The views here were amazing also and you can walk right out to the beach and watch the sun rise. I would definitely stay again at a property owned by this company!

East Shore stay

We split our trip up into 3 areas, this is where we stayed on the East shore portion of our trip. It is within walking distance of a little shopping mall, and just down the road from several eating establishments and food trucks. There is a beach very close to the property but it’s not super swim friendly. Several beach chairs out there providing places to sit/lay to watch the sunrise.Our only complaint was no parking after we went to a luau, and we got a written warning for parking on the street.The condo is very nice, was clean and comes with some very handy beach equipment for use (beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc) there is also a very nice garden area between the buildings, free ice machine, and laundry area on site, but we didn’t use it.Sharon at Premier Kauai was great, and super helpful, and the owner of this condo has an adjacent one as well which may be super helpful for multiple parties visiting together.Also, don’t forget to sign the guest book!

Sunrise

The condo was very nice but tiny. (A studio as listed). We knew this from staying here previously so no surprises. The property is awesome with great social area with pool, hot tub & bar.
