Villa situated 5 minutes far from the town of Villanueva de la Concepción, in Antequera, province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This holiday home is the ideal place where to escape from the daily routine and breathe in the light and nature. Its location seems a dream since it provides this holiday home with views over the Torcal de Antequera, which look like they had been painted.

The holiday home still maintains the typical structure and decoration of the Andalusian farmhouses: the wooden beams, the terracotta floors, the rustic furniture are just some of the noteworthy features that characterise it. The house is divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms, one with shower, and the other with bathtub, a cosy dining-living room with fireplace and completely equipped independent kitchen. The house is provided with ceiling fans and electric radiators.

The outdoor porch is a privileged spot, where you can breakfast and enjoy delicious meals while the sun shines over the stones of the nearby Torcal de Antequera.

The private swimming pool, the portable barbecue and the private parking add a special enchantment to this marvellous estate. The access is paved except for the last 150 meters.

Perfect holiday house with the most incredible views

We absolutely loved our 2 weeks at Casa El Trigal. The house is really well appointed with everything you'd need and the outside space is wonderful. Good sized pool with sun loungers to make the most of the stunning views. Easy 5 minute drive to the local village which has a good mini supermarket, and well located for trips to Malaga, the coast, the lakes, Ronda and El Torcal. Francisca and Juan were very helpful throughout and it was a pleasure to meet them. We'd love to return and would highly recommend this superb property.

Horrendous!

The open fire does not have instructions for where to position the vent for open and closed so smoke spills back into the property making it difficult to breathe, neither is there a fire guard for safety!! All windows barred so if there was a fire there is no escape!Inside is freezing cold, pool is not heated, overrun with flies, ants and spiders, cold damp beds, dog scratches on doors and door frames, chipped cups and plates, sharp metal broken hook in bedroom, dated and tired, outside seat under canopy were soaking, cracked tiles and mould round the bath and shower, extra charge for electric and wood to heat the place, Dia's supermarket is well stocked and close by - 5-6 mins drive,Not suitable for disabled or visually impaired - its on four levels with 8 - 10 inch steps which are difficult to see because its so dark.

In de omgeving lekkere tapasbars met een speciale vermelding voor Meson Bar Torfa: naast lekkere tapas enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het is wel mooi meegenomen een woordje Spaans te speken voor een vakantie in Villanueva de la Concepcion wat dan ook voor ons het enige minpuntje was..
