Het inchecken ging heel soepel. Doordat wij met een ochtend vlucht aan kwamen probeerde we of we al in de ochtend de sleutels konden krijgen en dit was geen probleem. Het appartement was in een goede staat en je kon zien dat er onderhoud aan gepleegd werd. De slaapkamers waren voorzien van zeer goede bedden en hebben hier heerlijk opgeslagen. De badkamer was ook net vernieuwend. De keuken kastjes zijn aan vervanging toe. Maar de keuken apparatuur was zeer netjes en compleet. Heb nog nooit zo'n complete keuken gehad in een vakantie appartement. Het appartement is op de eerste etage. Je moet de auto op de hoofdstraat parkeren dat was wel jammer aangezien er een parkeergarage onder zat.

Was das Parken angeht, so verfügt der Eigentümer über keine privaten Parkplätze, sodass Sie auf der Straße parken müssen. Der Vorteil dabei ist jedoch, dass alle Parkplätze in Empuriabrava kostenlos sind. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Einen schönen Spätsommer wünschen wir Ihnen! Très belle vue sur le canal

Très belle vue sur le canal, la terrasse fermée par baie vitrée est top pour y manger. Salle de bain refaite et nickel. Climatisation au top pour être bien l'après midi. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent. Correspond bien aux photos. Localisation est bonne pour aller à la plage à pied. Facilité de se garer devant ou alentour en juillet. La ville est en gratuit partout même près de la plage, vive l'Espagne ! La literie serait à améliorer pour la seconde chambre.

Ruhige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Kanal.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo genossen. Sie ist direkt an einem der vielen Kanäle gelegen. Der Essplatz ist durch Scheiben wie ein "Wintergarten" angelegt. Die Schiebetüren sind zu öffnen, so dass man gewissermassen im Freien sitzt. Die Ausrichtung ist gen NO, so dass es an heissen Tagen angnehm zum Sitzen ist. Es gibt drei Klimageräte im Schlaf- Kinder- und Wohnzimmer, die sich einzeln steuern lassen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine gibt es auch. Gefehlt hat uns ein Wasserkocher, wir haben den Herd dann benuzt.
