Our Royal Wharf apartment is not only brand new but the whole area as well is brand new. The area is strategically positioned being a few mins away from London City Airport. 5 mins walk away from the Pontoon dock DLR station and 1.6 miles from the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. The newly regenerated area is a very safe neighbourhood with few shops around including a grocery shop which is 1 min away from your apartment.
