A fully equipped apartment (45m2) located in the Treumal Center residence, in a beautiful and quiet environment, ideal for families and couples. It's located about 150 m2 from the famous Cala del Pi and other beautiful beaches and beaches, such as Cala Belladona, Sant Jordi or Beach Rovira, all accessible on foot in just a few minutes. The city center, the promenade and the large beach are a 15-minute walk away.

The residence has a beautiful garden and a fantastic swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children. It has showers and sun loungers. It also has a community barbecue.

Goede communicatie, rustige omgeving, mooi appartement met zwembad, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Alle luxe voorzien voor een fijne vakantie. Appartement ligt op een steile berg en 15 minuten lopen van centrum. Parkeren soms lastig!

Agréable séjour

L'appartement est pratique surtout avec la piscine les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. L'emplacement est idéale a proximité de la plage et du centre ville très animé. Le parc aquatique a côté est très intéressant ont c'est bien éclaté. Très bon séjour on reviendra un grand merci au gérant très gentil.

verblijf was te klein, geen dubbel bed beschikbaar en geen 4 kookplaten. alles iets te klein naar onze normen maar hebben toch goed verlof gehad. Zetel /bed in living is ook doorlegen.

However, the aspects to which you refer (beds, stoves, or the surface (45m2), as well as the rest of its characteristics are perfectly detailed in the ad, as they can be seen in the photos. It is important that before making the reservation, check that the apartment fits your needs. You should not only look at the price. The apartment has two single beds, of which a third can be pulled out from under one of them, which can be raised to the same position, creating the effect of a double bed. As for the sofa bed, it is prepared to sleep one person and even two (130cm).

Accueil excellent de la part du propriétaire qui est à l écoute des vacanciers. Lors de notre départ le samedi 18 juin nous avions oublié une affaire dans l appartement, le propriétaire s est vraiment démené pour nous envoyer cette semaine l objet oublié. Encore un grand merci à lui.

Appartement très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Belle vue sur la piscine et les palmiers. Accès rapide à pieds aux criques, aux plages alentours et aux magasins à platja d'Aro. Le gérant est très sympathique.
