Ramírez Almáchar by Ruralidays

Holiday home located in Almáchar, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This old farmhouse has been renovated and converted in the perfect spot for rural tourism. Located on the slope of a mountain in Almáchar, it overlooks the mountains of Axarquía and the village of Almáchar.

The rustic and cosy atmosphere permeates the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A dining-living room shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen. There is one bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with fireplace, WIFI, satellite TV, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fan in the living area. The two bedrooms are also provided with warm/cool AC.

The farm where the house is located is enclosed by fences and hedges, so that you'll spend a relaxing time with your children. The villa is not overlooked.
In the area outside the house, there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers where to relax and sunbathe, a barbeque, a spacious terrace and a well-maintained garden.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 1-km long unpaved mountain road. It normally takes 35/40 minutes to reach the beach from the house.

Die Dekoration ist sehr authentisch.Der Vorgarten ist wegen eines steilen Hanges neben der Veranda nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet, der Hinterhof ist für Kinder geeignet. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, obwohl der Weg zur Ankunft etwas holprig ist.

Magnifique, c'est le mot qui nous est venu à mon épouse, et moi, quand nous avons découvert cette si belle maison. L'accueil de José est parfait, une très grande gentillesse. La maison était dans un état de propreté irréprochable, parfait. Les vues depuis la maison sont superbes. On se croirait au paradis. Les belles plages et les chiringuito sont à 20 min. Pour nous l'accès à la maison ne posait AUCUN problème. Merci aux propriétaires, à très vite.

En plats för er som vill uppleva lugnet och på riktigt en plats i naturen. Fantastisk omgivning med berg och alltid något att beskåda. Ger dig en oas i den vardagliga stressen! Mysigt hus och härlig pool. Tack José för ett fint personligt mottagande, vi ses snart igen:) Erica och Marcus

Rust , vrijheid kortom genieten

Wij kwamen laat in de nacht aan maar werden midden in de nacht toch ontvangen door de gastheer , super service . Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien ! Was schoon en netjes . Super uitzicht op de bergen . Als je van rust houdt zit je goed maar ook ben je snel in een stadje voor terrasje winkels etc . Als je vragen hebt is gastheer bereikbaar ! Heb wel 1 advies als je op zondag aankomt zijn de meeste supermarkten gesloten . Ik zou zelf een fles water , tostibrood en wat kaas ofzo in koelkast hebben gedaan voor de zondag . Maar dat is ook het enige wat ik kan bedenken .

Excelente casa para relajarte

He ido con mi mujer y mis niños y hemos pasado una semana fantástica. La casa está muy bien cuidada y limpia. La piscina estupenda, los niños han estado dentro toda la semana. Si quieres pasar unos días de desconexión, la casa es ideal. Por poner una pega, el acceso no es el ideal y está en pendiente por lo que no hemos podido aprovechar las bicis que nos llevamos para hacer senderos.

Spektakuläre Aussichten. Sehr komfortables Haus und tolle Ausstattung. Die Matratzen und das Sofa sind sehr bequem. Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Der Zugang über die Straße ist nicht kompliziert, wenn Sie daran gewöhnt sind. Wenn Sie Isolation suchen, ist dies der richtige Ort. Unser Hund hat es sehr genossen, obwohl es einen Bereich gibt, der zum Garten führt, der nicht geschlossen ist und er hat einen Spaziergang gemacht.

Wir haben keine negativen Kommentare rückwärts, die wir bald wiederholen möchten und Jose super hilfreich. Der Weg für Leute, die nicht aus der Stadt kommen, mag ein wenig kosten, aber zum Beispiel fanden wir, die wir aus dem Dorf kommen, es nicht schwierig. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall wiederholen !! :) :)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, wir haben es für 200% genossen. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer zu seinem spezifischen Ort geführt, da es sehr gut in den Hügeln versteckt ist. Die Lage an sich war perfekt, ein wahrer Genuss, wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen Ort suchen. Die Straße zum Haus ist das einzige Minus Aber lassen Sie uns den Fokus auf den sehr schönen Ort und das gute Management legen.
