Rural house of 50m2., Located in a subtropical tree setting, fenced, totally private, garden, pool with colored lights, covered barbecue, terrace with good sun orientation, shaded parking and all private. Air conditioning, heating, wiffi, satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 4km from the beach and 1km from the motorway round. 10min from C. C. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two 90cm beds, bathroom (with hydromassage column), kitchen and living room. All in perfect condition and cleanliness guaranteed. Quiet zone.

50m2 cottage, located in a spot surrounded by tropical trees, enclosed, with garden, swimming pool with color lights, barbecue, sun oriented terrace, parking and totally private. In the house there are two bedrooms, one with a big bed and the other one with two small beds (90cm each). Moreover, there is a bathroom with hydroshower, a living room and a kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a washing machine. The house is also equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating and TV. It is only 4 km far away from the beach and 1 km from the highway, through which you can get to the shopping center in 10 minutes by car.
A perfect condition and cleanliness is guaranteed. Quiet area

Das 50m2 große Landhaus ist von subtropischen Bäumen umrundet und besitzt einen Garten, Pool mit Lichtern, Grill, eine zur Sonne ausgerichtete Terrasse, einen Parkplatz und ist völlig privat. Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und das Andere mit zwei kleinen Betten (90 cm), ein Bad mit Hydromassagebadewanne, Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Backofen, Mikrowelle, inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine. It ist 4km entfernt vom Strand und nur 1km von der Autobahn, durch welche man in nur 10 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum gelangt. Ein sehr guter Zustand und Sauberkeit ist sichergestellt. Ruhige Gegend

This is a beautiful place in the countryside. We have never relaxed so much. It's a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches but you do need a car as there isn't really anything within walking distance. Lots of countryside noises which we're used to and the house, garden and pool were spotless! We wish we could have stayed longer it was the peace and quiet that we really needed and we definitely got.

Malaga Retreat

Lovely cottage. Ideally situated. Close to the autovia for getting to other places of interest. Had complimentary fruit basket, wine and water. Cottage has plenty of items to use whilst there. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Nice size pool with garden furniture for outdoor leisure.

Perfect holiday

One of the best holidays ever. A wonderful holiday in a cosy place. Beautiful mountains and silence. Suitable for a couple and for a family with children. The house has everything you need, clean, warm pool, barbecue. Beautiful and comfortable. To the sea, the supermarket 10-15 minutes, but if you do not want to go to the sea, then by the pool you will have a great time. Thanks to the owners!

Brilliant property peaceful location with pool

Second time staying at this property and again it didn't disappoint us. Clean villa, plenty of towels and bedding provided. Private pool with sun loungers. Hiring a car is essential as the property is not near any shops etc. But if you want a peacful, relaxing holiday then this is the place for you. Only reason we're not coming back next year is that's is already booked for our dates.

A really nice place to tour Andalusia. A car is required for this property The hosts are very attentive when needed but do not impose. This is a rural house and is not close to amenities. Cajiz village is 500 metres and has two bars. For other entertainment driving is required or a 1 1/2 hour walk to Benejarafe. Overall a great stay for us.

Best holiday we've ever had

We cannot rate this property enough. The location, setting is just perfect for us. We had the most relaxing holiday. The villa has every thing you could need, from kitchen utensils through to the sun loungers. You definitely need a car to be based here, but if you want peace, quiet, sun and total relaxation then this is the place for you. We loved it so much we rebooked for next year only after 4 days. Can't wait to come back in 2022.

Another excellent holiday

Rafael and Adelaida are superb hosts and made us feel like friends. The villa was spotless and well equipped and Rafael and Adelaida were only a text away if required. The villa is well situated for access to Malaga and other areas of interest but also quiet and rural. It's a little sunny sanctuary to help destress and relax. Excellent holiday

The property was immaculate and well equipped. Adelaida and her husband were on hand when required and very friendly. We were well situated and could access shops,restaurants within a short drive. The only complaint was the neighbour's dogs barking in the night,but no fault of our hosts. I highly recomment this accommodation. Thank you.

Fabulous Holiday

Just back from two weeks holiday. The property was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The pool and garden area were cleaned every morning and this was done in a way that did not interrupt your stay in any way! From the beginning communication from Adelauda was first class and she was on hand if we had needed her at any time (we didn't, as we had no issues at all). The property is completely private and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in a quiet area, however within a short drive to shops, beaches or restaurants.

Perfect piece of paradise

Very well set up and completely private property in rural setting. We loved the pool and air conditioned house. The pool is kept perfectly clean by Rafael every morning.The house and property were spotless when we arrived. Literally everything is provided, including things like spices for cooking, cleaning materials and even a sun umbrella and chilly bin to take to the beach.Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are great too. There is always a place to sit in the shade, which was great, since we were there during a heat wave.Communication with Adelaida via whatsapp was almost instant every time.We would come again if we ever get back to Spain!

Beautiful villa in lovely quiet location

The villa is equipped with everything you could need and the pool is lovely. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay then this fits the bill. It's far enough away from the main roads to not hear them but close enough to be within 2 minutes drive from them. Adelaida and Rafael were lovely hosts, we felt that we could contact them at any time should the need have arisen. The only thing I think it lacks is a visitors information book, i.e. places of interest to visit, best restaurants to go to, local supermarkets, nearest hospital etc, but this is a minor point. Overall fab holiday and we intend to come back.

Fantastic Finca

From the beginning of the booking to the final day of the holiday Adelauda and Rafael were there to offer support and advice. The Finca is spotless with plenty if clean bedding towels etc. A beautiful basket of fruit was provided along with a bottle of wine to welcome us. Adelaida and Rafael arrange a meeting place close to the Finca so tgey can take you there and show you around. Rafeal cleaned the pool weekly. The beach is within a 10 minute drive. Large supermarket complex within 10 minute drive. It would be nice to have a pool cover to keep in the warmth as the temperature drops away towards late October. We loved our stay and have rebooked for 2025 as our dates for 2024 are already booked by someone else. One small negative, there are a variety of dogs in the area which can get quite vocal during the evening and throughout the night, but you tend to get used to them

Besser gehts nicht

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub, Rafael und Adelaida sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Minuten entfernt von der nächsten Autobahn, daher ist man sehr flexibel. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Klimaanlage sind sehr nützlich, der Pool ist spitze. Selbst Luftmatratze, Kühlbox und Sonnenschirm für den Strand lagen bereit. Abgesehen davon ist das komplette Grundstück uneinsehbar und daher hat man seine Ruhe. Absolute Empfehlung!
