Skouli: A traditional property in Skoulli, near Polis, with heated pool

Villa Skouli is a traditional private property set in two levels and a huge pool, (heated on request and on an extra charge) nestled in the foothills of Skoulli Cyprus, just a few minutes' drive from Polis Cyprus or Latchi Cyprus and only 44 kms away from Paphos airport.
It is located in Skoulli Cyprus village, built in a large plot with an orangery on-site, totally private and very spacious for a family or party of eight people.

Layout
Entering the villa from the ground floor, you are welcomed by a nicely decorated and furnished open plan living room, which leads off to the dining room and the fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary appliances for dining in doors.
Next to it, there is a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room, which appears ideal for people with walking difficulties or for a couple travelling with a group who wishes some privacy at times.

An interior marble staircase leads to the upper level, where a utility room is cleverly been set with a small kitchenette. A double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi whirlpool bath are also found in this space, along with another two twin bedrooms, which both feature en-suite shower rooms. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned ( air-conditioning is included in property's price).
The master bedroom and one of the twins feature a communal balcony with amazing views of the mountain and the orange groves.

Pool and Garden
In between the lush gardens it is placed a huge (8.0 x 13.0 meters) private pool, offering all the relaxing and sunbathing facilities, as well as stunning panoramic views.
Pool heating is available upon request with at least 72 hours' notice before arrival. The cost is €120 per day, with a minimum charge for 5 days

The adjacent BBQ, together with the shaded pergola alongside, make a nice setting for memorable dining al fresco nights.
