Luxurious newly renovated apartment (2020 season) located in the best of Puerto de Pollensa.
Apartment located on the first line in Puerto Pollensa, with stunning views of the sea and the Marina, the mountains and Sa Fortalesa.
It can accommodate 8 people in 4 rooms. The apartment is completely renovated brand new, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation. It is located on the top floor (room) of a building with an elevator.
In the upper part of the apartment we find a magnificent terrace for shared use, with a barbecue, a table and chairs (exclusively for guests of the apartment), this area is perfect for dinner at sunset.
Distribution
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two en suite), a nice and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the marina and the sea that surrounds the entire apartment. Next to the main door is the access to the upper terrace.
There are two rooms with double beds, two rooms with two single beds, all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
This apartment has all the amenities such as Smart TV, WIFI Internet, HIFI sound tower, fully equipped kitchen ...
It is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation without sacrificing the comfort of modern life.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Modern apartment in a great location

The apartment has been decorated to a great standard, it had all the facilities we Could need and was very spacious and clean. The views were breathtaking! Peter checked us in and out and was very accommodating. The boiler off the front bedroom was super noisy! Also the bed in the front room was very creaky.

Excellent Spacious well positioned apartment

The apartment is as it appears on the website - excellent with adequate facilities and an amazing location/outlook. Only minor niggles - pretty noisy at night from the bars below esp during Spanish holidays. Bring ear plugs. The roof terrace was bare with no furniture but TBH wasn't needed at all because the balconies adjacent to the rooms were more than sufficient. I have still not received my €500 deposit back although we checked out on 7th May and it is now the 18th. That's a little disappointing. Otherwise great thank you Pere.

Leiligheten er funksjonell, men "steril". Uteplassen er trang og altfor liten for 7 - 8 personer. Takterrassen kan man bare glemme. Ingen møbler og ikke rengjort for bl.a. fugleskitt. Den flotte utsikten veier ikke opp for de negative sidene. Superlativene i online-annonsen bør modereres.

Fantastic apartment, superb views and great location.

Having visited Puerto Pollensa on many occasions over 30 years, I can honestly say that this is one of the best sea-front apartments that we have stayed in. Plenty of space, well equipped, very comfortable and a convenient location for the marina, town centre and beaches. However, it was not without a few issues. On arrival we were informed that a toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken and would take 3 days to repair (due to weekend/bank holiday), the roof terrace was unusable (no BBQ or furniture as shown in the listing’s photographs), and an unfortunate drain-like smell in the hallway and second double room. The main issue we encountered was that the communal lift had an intermittent fault which meant it was out of order at some point every day of our two week stay. With elderly parents with mobility issues, this was far from ideal. If you need to rely on a lift (apartment is on the 4th floor), you may wish to seek confirmation that the lift is fully operational before booking. As these were all known issues to the agent and owner prior to our arrival, they could have been communicated which would have softened the blow. That said, property manager Pere of Mallorca Holiday Properties was very responsive and helpful.

Great Apartment and location

Had to admit, of all the accommodation we have had over the years, this is on par, if not better than the one we had as a family unit in Portugal. This had everything we needed, great rooms and space. Fantastic location, accessibility was not an issue for our grandson who was in a pushchair. All rooms where very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our contact, Peter, was there whenever we needed a question answered and his attention to supporting us while away was sort on. I can honestly say that the whole experience was superb and this made the holiday perfect.
