No running water for at least a week off and one. No electricity for at least a day. I had to reside

Elsewhere for 10 days due to no running water and no electricity. Property manager was not to be found to resolve problems and the owner did not resolve refund for my forced stay elsewhere and prompt refund. Request my full security deposit and a 30 percent refund on rental.

I absolutely don't agree with what you write because the water is not true that it was missing for 7 days, but only occasionally for a few days due to the periodic need for maintenance on the pump. moreover, my manager told me that you never left the apartment because he always saw you occupying it. The electricity in the apartment has never failed .I am a serious person and I also demand seriousness from you. my manager is a person of maximum trust and is a serious and sincere person, always available for any problem.
