Quiet and close to the city center (10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes on foot from the center), on the first floor of a town house, ideal for 2 people, a 2-room apartment of 34 m2 classified 2 *, newly restored , equipped with a very bright kitchen (1 table and 2 chairs, hob with 2 gas burners, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washing machine), a bathroom (sink, bathtub, WC), a living room (2 armchairs, 1 coffee table, 1 flat screen TV, 1 double bed, 1 closet, 1 chest of drawers, 1 desk), a balcony.
The furniture and bedding are new; sheets and towels are provided.
