Fully furnished studio including a new fitted kitchen area: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, pressure cooker, kitchen utensils, tea towels, washing up.
Bathroom: bathtub with grab bar, towel radiator, hairdryer, washing machine.

Sofa bed for 2 people 140X200 cm (real new quality mattress) 2 small armchairs with good seat.
Bed linen and towels provided.

Un très beau séjour

Charmant petit appartement. Très cosy. Jolie déco qui fait voyager. Un bel espace extérieur. Proche du Lac et du centre ville piéton.

Parfait pour découvrir Aix les Bains!

Petit appartement très très propre,bien équipé et bien situé. À deux pas du lac et du centre ville. Propriétaire aux milles petits soins, disponible et très gentille ! De plus, nos amis à quatre pattes sont acceptés… Merci! La terrasse sans vis-à-vis est un plus. Aménagé avec goût , vous ne manquerez de rien ! Place de parking privée au pied de l’entrée. Literie confortable bien que cela soit un clic clac. Tout est prévu pour une arrivée sans avoir à faire quelques courses, produits de toilette, sel poivre huile, petit café et chocolat de bienvenue etc… Je recommande !!!

Très bon séjour dans le studio de Marie Claire

Nous avons apprécié particulièrement la terrasse jardin bien confortable Il ne manque rien dans l’aménagement du studio pour un long séjour Notre hôte nous a bien reçu et donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour

Parfait séjour au lac du Bourget

Tout est parfait : procédure d’arrivée , communication avec Marie Claire au top . Le logement est nickel , propreté parfaite ,super équipe il ne manque rien !!!, situation, parking privé , proximité des commerces , de la piste cyclable , résidence sympathique ( nous avons rencontre les voisins ) . Adresse à recommander ( pas trop pour avoir des disponibilités pour nous 😂)
