I feel that the pictures portrayed the property incorrectly. It made the rooms look larger and brighter, when in reality it was dark and dingy. One of the people in our property had to defrost the freezer cause it was interfering in the fridge cooking and we couldn't fit anything in the freezer. One bathroom had loose tiles and a slug came in thru the tile and kept going back in where it came from. Back yard was fake grass and very weedy so you couldn't walk around. The mattresses were all futon mattresses and very uncomfortable. The property owners were good and easy to talk to. They charged us $50 extra for a cleaning charge so we could check in early, which I am sure we were taken advantage of. What party checks out before 9 am so the owner can clean? We paid it because we had been traveling all night but after I had a chance to think about it, I was sure we were taken advantage. Oh and one of the guys fixed the dryer for the owners after they said it was broken.
