We call this apartment combination EP9U & EP9T.

These are two fully renovated apartments with access to a lovely roof top terrace. Apartment EP9U has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom one has en-suite bathroom and a king size bed. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. One more person may sleep in the living room comfortable sofa.
The apartment has a comfortable living room and a dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

It offers free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, A/C and central heating fully controlled from the apartment. It has a washing machine and a clothes drying rack.

It also has a private balcony overlooking our neighbourhood.

Apartment EP9T is a lovely, renovated studio apartment. It has a queen size double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove top with 2 rings, microwave and fridge) and a bathroom.
It has air condition, free wifi and a washing machine outside the apartment.

EP9U is located on the first floor and access is made via a marble staircase. The roof top terrace is located on the top of the building and access is made via a metal staircase. EP9T studio is located on the roof top terrace.

Please note that apartment EP9U (first floor) has the following extra amenities: TV, a dishwasher and washing machine.

Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
