Comfortable multi-floor apartment of about 40 square meters, is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building, without a lift, located in the beating heart of Trastevere, one of the most fascinating places in the capital. The apartment is centrally located, so you can visit the city and the best sites with a short walk.

NIGHT AREA: on the lower floor (basement) equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe.
LIVING AREA: upstairs with a double sofa bed, relaxation corner and dining area
KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: equipped with shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer
SERVICES: air conditioning (2 split - in the bedroom and in the living area), unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating with heat pumps, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the house is not suitable for children under 10 years and for disabled people due to the presence of internal stairs.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
