Madia Villa in Kolympia
Madia Villa is situated in Kolympia Village and offers a dreamy private swimming pool as well as a relaxing Jacuzzi. Villa is really close to the nearest beach, only a 2 minute drive. The Villa is perfect for up to 6 people and is well designed to offer you a complete relaxation and memorable holidays in Rhodes.
Madia villa
has 3 modern bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and 1 of them with single
beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, each has a shower. Theres an open
plan kitchen in warm colors accompanied from the sitting area. The kitchen is
fully equipped for any meal preparation. Also, at the same space theres the
wide living room in relaxing tones along with the screen TV. Theres a free
Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, guests will find their
wonderful private swimming pool with its sunbeds as well as a Jacuzzi. Also,
theres a playground for kids to enjoy some carefree moments and be happy. Prepare to relax and clear your mind under
the Aegean sun. There are BBQ facilities and a sitting area so as you can enjoy
a gathering with your loved ones.
Madia Villa is located near the beach of Kolympia Village. As soon as you arrive youll breathe the summer breeze and the salty air. Kolympia Beach is only a 2 minute drive away from the villa. The village is pretty convenient for its visitors to find everything they need such as, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and car rentals. Visitors shouldnt miss visiting Tsambika beach, which is only an 8 minute drive. Tsambika beach is quite popular for its sand and steep waters as well as the great landscape. Also, you should consider visiting Medieval Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO world heritage, which is only a 40 minute drive away. Lastly, the villa is about a 30 minute drive away from Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
