It offers unmatched beauty. Beautifully designed with every modern facility provided for you and perfectly located for all the main attractions of Rhodes and minutes from Lindos and Pefkos. This is the perfect base to experience all that Rhodes offers. Staying here lets you have the holiday that you want.

Handy location for Lindos, Pefkos and St Pauls Bay. 20-30 minutes walk into Lindos. Bus stop 5 mins walk away. Taxis plentiful. Car hire is recommended.

Beautiful villa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Pool was amazing with walk in steps. Felt at home straight away with an excellent welcome pack and all home comforts. Location is stunning with views of Navarone Bay. All in all a perfect holiday. Easy communication with the owners too.

Great holiday

Villa is perfectly located between Lindos and pefkos giving options for beech’s and evenings out. Was clean, good pool and Wendy the owner was very helpful before and during. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific, fabulous, perfect, clean and great views.

The villa is in a great spot, quiet and private. Llindos only 3 mins in the car or 15 minute walk. Very well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable and clean. We were a family of 4 with a friend each for the kids aged 21 and 17. The villa is spacious and very competitive polo matches in the pool were a big hit. We barbecued and ate outside, enjoyed the surrounding area and the beaches. Very relaxing, local people very friendly and plenty of very good meals out serving delicious Greek food. I would recommend the island, area and the villa. Thank you.

Villa is set in a great location and is a good size with plenty of parking. A well thought welcome pack was greatly received. There was a lack of enough hot water for 2 adults during our stay which meant a couple of mornings with cold showers. The furniture generally is looking tired. Overall the Villa seems to lack regular maintenance. The floors downstairs were quite dirty and had to be mopped a couple of times on our first night. Cooker hob was badly cracked, leaking kitchen tap, missing lamp shades, various lights not working both inside and outside, a jammed shutter. We had good communication with the owners who are sorting some of the issues. A good size swimming pool. The water was lovely and clean, however the bubbling and peeling paint let it down. A bit of tlc and this would be a lovely Villa. Overall we still had a good holiday.

What a great villa

This villa was just great. In a really good location a reasonable walk from Lindos and not to far from Pefkos. We had a car so didn't walk it too often though. We were really surprised how well equipped it was. It had everything and more than we required for our stay. Our bed was probably the most comfortable we have ever slept in abroad, and the shower was awesome. A note to remember, is the key. The front door locks when closed, and if you leave the key on the side, like we did, you may have a problem getting back into this very secure building. We were lucky, as the patio door was not locked. We would be very happy to come back here.

Perfect Villa for a family

We had a lovely holiday. The villa was perfect and very homely. It has everything you need for a family holiday. The location is ideal as it is between Pefkos and Lindos, with bus stops on the main road.

The villa was great concerning location, pool and garden. Interior was partly outdated, e.g. the cream coloured sofa had turned green, and gave a bit shabby impression. It is also good to notice that there is only one bathroom in the villa. Wonderful views to sea!

In need of some TLC

Location : great. Easy access to restaurants, beach, supermarket etc. Unfortunately, we found the villa to be somewhat neglected and in need of attention. e.g. bathroom - very dated, shower over bath which flooded floor when used, sealant in need of being replaced, bath mat needs to be replaced, toilet flash broken. Laundry basket - needs replacing due to mildew in bottom.. Air conditioning unit in lounge needs bucket beneath as continually dripping, floods floor and unable to use all of settee due to getting wet !! Towels all had a musty smell and needed to be washed before use. Outside area : well screened so private. Pool well maintained Unable to eat outside in evening as lighting insufficient. Cushions on loungers - fit for bin and had to be covered before use as they are split, very grubby and some were water logged. Plants in large tub - dead sadly. One chair - broken. Very basic outdoor furniture. Has potential to be a comfortable villa but unfortunately, it is not at the moment which my family found disappointing as it was not as represented in the photos.

Easy booking and check in, great communication from Wendy and very relaxing holiday. You can get shopping delivered, we hired a car but Lindos within walking distance. Would recommend highly!

Great villa for a family holiday

Excellent villa in a beautiful location. The villa is very well equipped with all that you could need. Lovely pool and sunbathing area. Lindos is a 20/25 minute walk away but we were happy to do this each evening. An extra bathroom would have made it perfect! Our only niggle was the quality of the bedding. Whilst the mattresses were very comfortable, the bedding used was very tired and in need of replacing.

A real home from home in the sun

A great villa, it had everything we needed including a good sized pool. Well set back from the road it gave us great views out to sea. 25 minutes walk into Lindos or a 5 minute drive to Pefkas or Lindos meant it was well positioned. In conclusion we had a great holiday and would happily return.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely time in Rhodes. The villa, tidy and clean, has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped. The villa is in a quiet area not too far from Lindos or Pefkos. We had a car to take us around beautiful Rhodes with its long sandy beaches as well as little bays and crystal clear waters.

Sehr entspannt!

Die Villa liegt landschaftlich ganz schön zwischen Lindos und Pefkos. Etwas abseits, aber ideal um in beide Richtungen Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Das Haus fanden wir sehr gepflegt und sauber vor. Etwas nachteilig ist die fehlende Außendusche am Pool. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Sehr entspannt!

Fantastic holiday

We had a fabulous holiday in Rhodes this year. Very pleasant villa in a lovely quiet area with stunning views of both the mountains and Navarone Bay. Ideally situated for both Lindos and Pefkos - our favourite for supermarket, restaurants and smaller quieter beaches. One niggle would be that in addition to a downstairs loo there is only one bathroom with a shower over the bath - but we survived! Many thanks once again Wendy.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We all loved every minute of our holiday at this villa. Very well presented and massive. Only downside would be the pool even though a lovely size we all kept kicking the filters on the bottom as we couldn't see them so we all had a few sore toes!!! Could have done with another bathroom too although wasn't so much a problem as we spaced ourselves out but have to say haven't had a shower as powerful as this one before - lovely. Will definitely be coming back if you'll have us and wished we had booked it for longer.

Amazing villa

We have just got back from a brilliant family holiday from this amazing villa. I stayed there with my partner, his two children which are 10 and 9 and my two which are 23 and 20 and it catered for all of us.The villa is in a brilliant position with spectacular views of the sea with everything you need to make you feel at home and more.You can easily walk in to Lindos or it is literally five minutes in the car in. There is a massive supermarket just on the other side of Lindos where you can get just about anything you need. It also has a butchers there where they have a large selection of meats and fish to use on the BBQ at the villa which was brilliant. We would like to thanks the owners and we will definitely be returning.

Un emplacement superbe à Lindos pour une maison tout confort.

Maison parfaitement équipée (il ne manque que des couvertures pour les voyageurs de fin de saison), particulièrement adaptée pour les enfants (jouet, espace). Le ménage, l'entretien de la piscine sont confiés à une entreprise qui réalise merveilleusement son travail. La maison était particulièrement propre à notre arrivée, et nous espérons y retourner. Perfectly furnished house in a lovely place. Especially if you travel with kids, you'll find everything you need for them. Wifi works perfectly if you need to work there. We would just have appreciated some blankets because we traveled late in the season and the weather was cold.

Lovely and quiet villa

Had a wonderful week here for the last week in October. Very clean and tidy villa with a lovely pool, which was cleaned several times while we were there. For us it was wonderfully quiet which is what we like and prefer. Hired a car for the week to nip around in. I would have been frustrated if we hadn't have hired a car as although it's not too far, the walk into Lindos, the path is along the road. Absolutely love St. Paul's bay for snorkelling and jumping off a rock into the water and it is the closest beach with free parking! I imagine in the height of summer that it gets a bit crowded. We had some amazing meals but we were told on several occasions that things weren't on the menu, especially fresh fish, as it was the last week of the season. There were people around but it was very quiet on an evening, for this time of year, which we enjoyed but others might not. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future.

A relaxing holiday in a luxurious villa

We had a very relaxing stay in this stylish and secluded villa, which is only a 10 minute walk from a beautiful bay. The villa was very spacious and clean and it had every appliance/amenity we could have wished for. Plenty of toys are available for children to play with. There were DVDs for both children and adults to enjoy. There is a tall hedge along the whole right hand side of the villa which gives total privacy to the back garden / patio and pool. The balcony has a lovely view of the sea. We had an excellent time at this beautiful villa and would thoroughly recommend it.

Wow! Highly recommend for the perfect holiday.

Wow! The kind of 'wow' that can be multiplied many time more. This villa has a view that takes your breath away, located in a wonderful exclusive estate of villas providing a friendly, safe and quiet base. Furnished to a high standard, equipped with everything and more that you could require, and incredibly clean, we couldn't have wished for more. With close proximity to both Lindos and Pefkos, we were able to enjoy both locations, though there is something so relaxing about the villa that makes you want to stay and indulge! I stayed with my four children and the villa suited us perfectly, with the large pool cleaned almost every day, a large outside space for us all to relax / play, a spacious living area and bedroom sizes, PlayStation etc. Yet I also plan to return and stay in same villa without the children as it suits a couple perfectly too. You seriously won't be disappointed by this villa, it will in fact give you goosebumps every time you wake up and see the view.

We had a very nice time in Lindos. A beautiful village just 5 minutes with car/taxi from the villa.

The house was very nice and even more beautiful than the pictures, we (6 adults) had a very nice time here. We recomend you to rent a car if you stay in this house. We did not have one so we went by taxi when going to the beach and groceryshopping. It worked but we had some difficulties to get a hold of a taxi sometimes. It is possible to stay at the villa without a car, like we did, but everything would have been easier with a car. The only complain we have is about the house folder. The folder at the house really needs an update. For example the telephone Number to one of the housekeepers was not correct. It was written in the folder that when staying in the villa you have acsess to a private beach nearby, at hotel memories. We went there but we where told by the hotel manager that we had to go away and that we only were allowed to be there if there were only a few hotel guests and not when they are almost full, it was a bit embarrasing. It also said that there was a mini market in a neigerborhood pretty near by so we walked there but when we arrived we where told there isnt one there and that they had met other people from the blue Line villas looking for this mini market before. If the info in the folder was correct we wouldnt have wasted our time going down to the private beach or looking for the mini market. Please just update the folder and everything at this villa will be perfect! Thank you very much! We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! In 2005 we got married at St Paul’s Bay in Lindos and it was during this stay that we discovered the Blue Line Development. We purchased the villa in 2007 and since then have spent many holidays there and welcomed many guests from as far as America and Australia. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
