Fantastic villa with private pool, set in a prestigious development, minutes from the popular towns of Lindos and Pefkos with sea and mountain views. This villa is also located at the 'end of the road' and so is really quiet apart from birds sheep and goats ! It has three bedrooms, the master has a super king size bed, the other two have 2 singles in each with the option to be put together as a super king size if required. There is also the option of a travel cot or pull out camp bed to be added to the bedroom. Also a futon in the living area that can be made up for another adult bed.

The nearest sea-shore is 800 m with the picturesque Saint Paul's Bay (alongside Lindos) just 2 km, where there is fantastic swimming and snorkeling within an enclosed natural harbor. Next to St. Paul's is Lindos which is world famous for its narrow streets & Acropolis - with plenty going on day and night. As an alternative the busy town of Pefkos - stacked with restaurants and night life - is 3km..

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is a highly equipped spacious home from home to enjoy. Comforts range from a designer Italian leather sofa, a Jacuzzi bath and 6 sun beds.

There is a large tiled area next to the pool complete with a Greek style barbecue, table and chairs for alfresco living. There is extensive exterior lighting, including the pool, for after sundown. The lower 2 bedrooms have adjoining balconies with sea and pool views and the en-suite master bedroom has a 360 degree view roof terrace.

The maintained garden and grounds contain oak & olive trees as well as a Cactus garden !

Relaxation at its best

We have just left the villa and wish we could have stayed much longer!We loved its spacious and well furnished interior and the gorgeous pool, loungers and umbrellas. It was the perfect place to comfortably relax then cool down with a swim.Situated between Lindos and Pefkos there was a multitude of lovely eating places in close proximity. We will most definitely hope to come back!

Quiet, beautiful location with excellent pool that got cleaned 3 times in the week we were there by Paul who was a phone call away for any issues. Lovely welcome pack that we didn’t need to pay for which was a nice touch. The villa has everything you will need for a perfect stay. Close to Pefkos and Lindos. Small point : watch out for low, sloping ceilings in the en- suite on top floor if you are tall!

Blue Ray Lindos

Villa was more or less as described. Very large space and clean. Had a few issues with electrics and pool early in our week. Property manager was responsive to us letting him know. Owner not so good. Emailed to let them know about the issues and received no acknowledgment or apology. Pool was out of use from Wednesday to Friday of our stay. Finally got a reply from the owner after sending a second email. Gave explanations as to why there were issues and that they were being addressed. Initially offered small goodwill gesture and apology then increased this when I said I wasn’t happy to have had half our week without a pool. Property manager was able to get the pool fixed late on our final day so had a couple of hours use on what was the hottest day of the week at 40 degrees. Lindos town and Lee Beach in Pefkos are well worth a visit. A car is advisable as it’s an uphill walk to Lindos of just under 2 miles. Would return to the area but not the Villa simply due to the poor communication from the owner.

We recently stayed at the Blue Ray villa and we had a fantastic time! The villa itself is set in a lovely private development and has a great location close to St. Paul’s bay. The villa itself is modern and spacious and has all the home from home conveniences that make holidays more comfortable! Lovely pool too. We were a family of 5 so we had lots of space but it would be suitable for a slightly larger party. Mary was really helpful and made the booking nice and simple. We would highly recommend a stay at the villa. Only criticism we had is that the photos don’t do the villa and pool justice! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Superb Villa in lovely quiet location, only two minutes from both Pefkos and Lindos

The Villa is in a fantastic location 2 minutes drive to both Pefkos and Lindos. You can walk easily into Lindos. The amenities in the Villa are excellent, and have everything needed for a great holiday. The photos on the web site actually do not do justice to the villa. We were looked after really well, both before we traveled and when we got to the Villa itself. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful villa, with lovely pool, but with the great choice of restaurants in Lindos and Pefkos on your doorstep.

Fantastic relaxing holiday!

We are a family with two young children and with another on the way so were after a villa that was child friendly, quiet, close to the beach and also close enough to the nearest towns for shopping and exploring. Mary was fantastic at providing us with all the information regarding all the local amenities and places to see/things to do and also at organising our arrival and taking the stress out of travel with two small kids! Beach towels were provided as well as lots of pool and beach toys which meant we didnt have to bring with or buy while we were there. The villa itself is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The rooms were lovely and modern - I can't fault them at all. It has fantastic sea views from the top floor roof terrace as well as the mountains behind the villa. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast up there watching the mountain goats on the hills behind us - so relaxing. The pool is lovely and many hours were spent relaxing around it on the sun loungers! The location is perfect if you are after a bit of peace and quiet as you are situated more or less in the middle between Lindos and Pefkos. St. Pauls bay is a stunning beach only a couple of minutes drive towards Lindos and Pefkos is less than 5 minutes drive in the other direction. There are loads of fabulous restaurants (especially if you like seafood) within a few minutes of the villa (I would recommend Coralli hotel and Enigma in Pefkos) and there is plenty to see and do if you like exploring in Lindos itself. Hire cars aren't essential as the local taxi's we found to be really reliable. In the information folder in the villa there is a number for a local taxi service that we used - they knew exactly where the villa was and were usually there in minutes! If you are after a relaxing holiday or somewhere that is close to both Pefkos and Lindos then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa!

We (Roger & Mary) presently live in Aberdeen Scotland and have been married for 34 years. We have 3 children, Abi, Andrew and Alexis. As a family we love animals & have 'collection' made up of a dog, a cat, 3 hens, 2 ducks and two horses!

Why they chose this property

I had been to Greece many times as a child and had already fallen in love with the Greek people and their lifestyle. When we got married it was only natural that we went to Lindos, Rhodes for our honeymoon. Mary hadn't been to Greece before, but soon loved the place as much as I did. 15 years later we went back to re-visit for old times sake and during the last couple of days we started thinking of getting a place out in Rhodes. We saw the Blue Line development and were very impressed so we bought this property. We considered why we were buying the property - and concluded it was primarily for us to use, and then secondary, to rent when it was free. So please enjoy the villa, as we always do when we go out to our home from home.

What makes this property unique

From the quiet location of the villa it is easy to get to Lindos, Pefkos and the beach for all the facilities. The pool is a luxury to have and I love to go for a dip after my early morning run. The property faces South and as well as catching the early morning sun it has sun all day. The downstairs has a great sense of space with a large living area and two sets of patio doors add to the space with the outside and inside blending into one area. I do love having the barbecue - it keeps me entertained and I'm quite creative with flavours. I find the top floor patio a great place to star gaze, or watch goats depending on the time of day! We have recently tiled the pool and put in Roman style steps which makes it easier to access.
