"Le Souterrain" within walking distance of the sea (400meter), located in a quiet neighborhood, where free parking is possible. Would you like to take a break to get some fresh air, enjoy the beautiful forests or go shopping and then go to a restaurant on the beach, then this is an excellent place. The Souterrain has a new bathroom with separate washbowl, washing machine and dryer ,separate toilet and open kitchen with a dishwaher. My space is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We love to welcome you in Noordwijk

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Besonders genial war die Idee, vorher einen YouTube-Link mit einem Video bereitzustellen, das die etwas verwinkelte Anfahrt zur Wohnung zeigt. Das Suchen auf den letzten Metern fällt so ganz weg.

Klein aber fein :)

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, modern, sehr sauber und es hat alles super geklappt.Die Wohnung ist ein paar Minuten von einem kleinen Park entfernt, was mit Hund echt praktisch ist. Generell hat man eine gute Lage und ist ziemlich schnell am Strand mit vielen Restaurants..

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, der Parkplatz auch notwendig. Dir Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Souterrainwohnung nicht so gut wie in Bewertung

Das Souterrainappatment für 1-2 Personen in ruhiger Wohnlage, fussläufig ca. 15 min zum Strand, ist leider sehr dunkel. Licht bekommt sie nur durch die Glasfront inkl. Glaseingangstür! Durch 2 kleine Fenster im Wohn -und Schlafbereich fällt kaum Licht in die Wohnung. Die Fenster sind zudem nicht zu öffnen! Um frische Luft reinzulassen muss man die Eingangstür öffnen! Die über Nacht offen zu lassen kam für uns nicht in Frage! Bei Ankunft lief schon ein Luftentfeuchtungsgerät, von dem wir nichts wussten . Die müssen ja regelmäßig entleert werden, was wir auch taten, denn wir haben ein ähnliches für unseren Keller. Im Wohnbereich bietet eine 2-sitzer Couch nur mäßige Gemütlichkeit für einen Fernsehabend! Das schmale (1,60 x 2 m) Doppelbett mit durchgehender Matratze ließ einen an jeder Bewegung des Partners teilhaben! Dass kein Fenster zu öffnen war trug auch nicht zu einem erholsamen Schlaf bei! Nach 3 schlecht geschlafenen Nächten waren wir entnervt und sind, da auch das Wetter richtig schlecht wurde, 3 Tage früher nach Hause gefahren ! Die vorab gelesenen super positiven Bewertungen können wir so leider nicht nachvollziehen!

Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass Sie sich nicht mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt haben, wie wir in der Willkommens-E-Mail beim Einchecken angegeben haben. Wir sind sehr daran interessiert zu erfahren, wenn etwas schief läuft. In der Tat hätten wir Sie sofort beruhigen können, denn die Souterain verfügt über ein ausgezeichnetes Belüftungssystem, da die Seitenfenster beide mit Lüftungsgittern versehen sind und 2 Stockwerke höher die geräuschlose Belüftung hängt, die immer dafür sorgt, dass die Luft zerstäubt wird. Erholsamer Urlaub

Schöner Aufenthalt, sehr gute Ausstattung des Apartments, etwas zu dunkel und ein wenig Klamm. Lage mitten in einer Siedlung, Zugang für das Auto ein wenig eng, ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank

Tolle Ausstattung

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage zu Strand und Zentrum von Noordwijk! Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, alles mehr als genug vorhanden. Der Hundestrand ist fantastisch, unsere Ronja hatte einen Traumhundeurlaub!

Nette Wohnung , in 10 Minuten mit den Hunden zu Fuß am Strand.

Top, leider hat das Wetter dieses Mal nicht so tolle mitgespielt, aber durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung konnte man auch zu Fuß in die Stadtbild dort etwas unternehmen. Die Küchen Ausstattung ist super, Herd , Micro und Backofen!! Bequem machen den Urlaub auch die Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und der Trockner 😁 Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal hierher.

Bis auf kleine Sauberkeitsmängel war alles toll! Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, eine tolle Umgebung und eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Here for visit to Keukenhof

The compact apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was a short drive to go see the tulips & was also close to the sea. We enjoyed our time in this part of Holland. The apartment was very cozy.

Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben

Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise gab es einfach nix zu bemängeln. Der Kontakt war reibungslos und freundlich, wir wurden informiert dass wir früher reinkönnen wenn wir wollen. Bei einer Nachfrage war der Mann gleich vor Ort und hat geholfen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder wenn es uns nach Holland zieht. Danke !!!

4 Tage Nordwijk bei Jochem

Unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Nordwijk haben wir (trotz Regen) sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wurde vom Vermieter in einem Top Zustand übergeben. Wein und Kaffee zur Begrüßung. Waschmaschine und Trockner an Bord. Die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terrasse konnten wir wegen Regen leider nicht benutzen. Strand-Boulevard ist in 12 Minuten gemütlich zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in der Nähe (ein großer Lidl und etwas weiter ein Albert Heijn). Der Strand von Nordwijk ist riesig. Wir wollen jedenfalls nochmal wiederkommen - dann hoffentlich bei besserem Wetter! ;) Noch ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an den Vermieter Jochem, für den sehr freundlichen Kontakt und die Mühe (Videobotschaft für die Anfahrt und Schlüsselkasten), damit alles reibungslos abläuft. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Mooie complete vakantie souterain

Ontzettend genoten van de zeer complete vakantie souterain. Ruim genoeg voor 2 pers. Bovenal heel netjes, schoon en alles was gewoon aanwezig. Thuis koffers pakken en je kan je intrek nemen! Binnen een paar minuutjes lopend in de duinen of op het heerlijke strand! Wij komen zeker nog weer een keer terug 😊

Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit

Wie schon bei FeWo- direkt beschrieben, lag das Appartment in einen ruhigen Vorort (900 Meter zu Fuß vom Strand oder Wald entfernt) Hinter dem Wald befinden sich wunderschöne Wanderwege/ Radwege, durch die Dünen. Ruhig und doch Zentral. Das Appartment sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet (mit allem was man so benötigt )und immer direkt mit Ansprechpartner. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Flasche Wein stand zur begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, sehr zu empfehlen und nächstes Jahr sind Wir wieder dabei. Lieben Gruß Gerd und Sabine Schieber

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub in Noordwijk gemacht. Mit dieser Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und es gab sogar Kaffee, Tee und Wein vor Ort. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand und Haarlem und Amsterdam sind gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen. Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis der Ferienwohnung ist top. Also: auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Schönes langes Wochenende

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit den Hunden sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es stand sogar Kaffee und Tee zur freien Verfügung. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Ich kann das Appartement nur empfehlen.

Welcome to Noordwijk!

I think Noordwijk is the most beautiful place in the Netherlands. I live with great pleasure in this seaside village. I like to receive people who want to enjoy the beach and the dunes, the beautiful village center and the nice restaurants that can be found here.

I cycle fanatically. Of course my tours always start in Noordwijk. Usually I ride the first few kilometers through the dunes where rabbits and deer often cross my path. From here you can even cycle to so many beautiful places. The bulb fields and Keukenhof, but also Leiden and The Hague are nearby.

If you need tips for a nice outing, I'll be happy to give them to you.
