Memorable Holiday

The residence was exactly as advertised. The property was spotless clean and furnished to a very high standard . The rooms are very spacious with air condition in every bedroom and living room. The out door space is excellent just a few steps to the pool . The owner residents of the property in the complex were very friendly . Martino the property manager was very helpful . The location was perfect with Paddys Bar , Oasis Bar , Bar Maria and the Itilan literally 2 minutes walk . The beautiful town of Mijas is just 10 minutes by car . I would highly reccommend this property , we will return next year!!

La propriété de l appartement laissa à désirer A notre arrivée on a du faire un sérieux ménage J'ai les preuves en photos et ce matin lever à 8h pour tout nettoyer Les canapés de la terrasse une vraie infection avec des poils de chien et des odeurs La plancha salé et le bouton allumage ne produit pas d étincelle bouteille de gaz on ON Bref très déçu

Ce n'est tout simplement pas correct, nous avons essayé la plancha barbecue après le séjour et elle fonctionne parfaitement si on allume le gaz avant de le démarrer. Et l'intérieur de l'appartement était parfaitement propre 2 jours avant l'arrivée, mais nous sommes d'accord qu'après avoir sorti les coussins à l'extérieur nous avons remarqué après votre séjour qu'un chat dormait dedans. Désolé pour ça

Suurin ongelma oli, että saadut avaimet eivät sopineet muurin portin lukkoon. Jo tuloiltana ilmoitin asiasta, mutta omistaja ilmoitti, että kyllä sopivat. Seuraavana päivänä ilmoitin asiasta uudelleen, mutta omistaja ei vieläkään kiinnostunut asiasta. Annoin avaimet kokeiltavaksi huoltoyhtiön ja siivousyhtiön työntekijöille, jotka eivät saaneet porttia auki. Lopulta keksimme, että golfmailalla ulottuu painamaan muurin sisäpuolella olevaa sähkölukon katkaisijaa. Sen jälkeen ei ollut ongelmia lukon kanssa. Mutta suuri ihmetys oli, että omistan mukaan kaikki on kunnossa.

Mahdollisille tuleville vieraille voimme ilmoittaa, että meillä oli samat avaimet yhteisön lukoihin usean vuoden ajan ja monet vierailijat yöpyvät ja vieraat yöpyvät välittömästi tämän vieraan jälkeen. Avaimen laittaminen lukkoon, siirtäminen itseäsi kohti 0,5mm ja avaimen kääntäminen avaa lukon ilman ongelmia joka kerta. Kyse ei ole siitä, että avain ei toimi, vaan se lukko, joka ei ole aivan uusi. Kysyin, pitäisikö meidän tulla katsomaan, mutta kerroit minulle, että se ei ollut välttämätön lomasi aikana, koska avasit golfmailan kanssa. Siksi en tullut.

Why they chose this property

This is a great ground floor apartment in Mijas Costa, beside La Cala Hills. Its a great escape for both families and golf groups as it located just outside Fuengirola city, and its very near the Mijas Golf area. Its a secure community to relax in after a day exploring the Costa del Sol , with a very good and well maintained garden and pool area. The terrace lloks over the garden and the pool, and at the terrace we also have a BBQ to use. Free WIFI is available, and tv channels through the internet.

What makes this property unique

Here you can finally relax and have the vacation that you are worth in a great community. Use the terrace to enjoy dinners in the evening, or start with the morning coffee before jumping in the pool thats just outside the terrace.
A perfect place to retire after a day at the beaches, shopping, golfing etc.!
