The location is truly privileged. It is just 1 km from the centre of Vilamoura, 650 metres from an Intermarché supermarket, and 2 km from stunning beaches such as Praia da Falésia and Praia de Vilamoura. Vilamoura Marina, with its excellent restaurants, is just 1 km away.
The apartment has a pleasant 32 square metre balcony with a view of the pool, garden furniture, and a tranquil residential environment. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment.
Ideal for families, the apartment is located near various attractions such as Zoomarine (22 km), Aquashow (6 km) and golf courses, with Faro airport being accessible in approximately 20 minutes.
The accommodation does not accept groups of young people, minimum permitted age: 25 years.
The Tourist Municipal Fee of Loulé in force since 1 November 2024, shall be charged by tourist enterprises and local accommodation establishments to their respective guests.
