Very quiet and well situated in Vilamoura. Secure location in gated community with automatic gate.
With walking distance to Vilamoura Marina and beaches within 10-15 minutes, many restaurants even a casino! And of course there are several golf courses and the Aquatherow watherpark and two hypermarket within minutes.

It is 20 minutes from Faro International Airport.

Comfortable semi-detached villa with careful decoration. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a living room, equipped kitchen and a social bathroom;
In the living room there are 1 sofa, tv (plasma), radio, dvd player, books and movies.
It has a private terrace with barbecue, dining table for 6 people and ideal Brazilian bed for rest.

Two communal pools (adults and children).

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.

Private parking place.

Free wifi internet

It is a terrace house in a closed condominium with door keeper which has a communal swimming pool. 20 minutes from the Faro International Airport.

With short 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Vilamoura Marina which has a beach with watersports, lots of restaurants and pubs and even a casino! And of course there are several golf courses and and the Aquashow watherpark and a hypermarket a few minutes drive away.

It has been well maintained and is well equipped. The bedrooms have heating / air conditioning and a large sunny patio with BBQ and table for relaxing in the hammock.

Sheets and towels are provided, and housekeeping is included.

Next the condominium at 100 meters you have all services (Restaurants, supermarket, takeaway, Bank ...

Great compact apartment

If you want to be slightly away from the sea front in a quiet location (outside the main summer holiday dates) and are happy to walk relatively short distances for evening meals this could be just the place for you. Whilst it does not overlook the pool and is north facing, meaning it does not get sun, this is a very well appointed apartment suitable for 4 people. Some great restaurants nearby and if you have a car it is very easy to get out and about quickly. Ideal for local golf courses! Good communication with the owner throughout who was very responsive and professional.

We stayed in this villa for a week in October and enjoyed it very much. House is very clean and well maintained, we got everything we needed. Description of the villa and the area on website is accurate. The place is very quiet. It is located in residential area with few shops and restaurants nearby, but the best dining we found in Vilamoura Marina, just 20 minutes walk downhill. Quarteira beach is vast and clean. To travel around is easy with good bus service and taxis for reasonable price. Antonio was very friendly and always ready to help. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Portugal.

Lovely house

The property was well kept and clean in a lovely gated community where you had the pool almost to yourself. There was everything you would need for your stay plus extras. We arrived to a lovely and appreciated welcome pack which included water, wine. fruit, juice, crackers and jam. When we arrived they were no sun chairs but when we notified the host he arranged replacements within a couple of hours. The property was closer to Quarteira, about 10 minute walk and Vilamoura about 20 minutes. We tended to walk into Vilamoura as there were more restaurants to choose from than in Quarteria.Taxi fares anything between 6-8 euros depending on the driver. Communication with the host, Antonio, was first class. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

Une résidence de rêve, la maison est au calme, la piscine chaude avec toujours de la place sur les transats. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La maison est propre et à l'image des photos.Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables.Tout est faisable à pieds dans un rayon de 30 min de marche maximum. L'accueil est parfait, le gardien a de bons conseils pour les restaurants autour de la résidence. Un vrai petit coin de paradis, tout est propre est bien fleuri.

Lovely !

Lovey apartment, very clean with everything you need to hand and more. The pool was beautiful and cooling and very quiet during our stay. Location is great, a few minutes walk into quarteira and a 20 min walk to vilamoura marina. A Uber is €4 euros which was great to come back of an evening. September seems to be a quieter month with no bookings required anywhere for meals etc. All in all a great place to stay with great hosts who reply quickly to any queries. Also let us stay until 3pm on departure day due to a later flight !

Cosy house in a lovely development.

This is a lovely house in a very well kept gated estate. The house is cosy and is exactly as seen in photos. Kitchen is small but very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. We used the bbq three times and it was great especially for the fresh fish and shrimp we bought in the fish market!! Beds are comfy but I would have liked another pillow! The pool is exceptionally clean and very well cared for, lovely sun beds and umbrellas, we nearly always had the pool to ourselves as it was June! We had a great week here. Short walk to beach and market, 15 -20 min walk to Vilamoura. There were 5 of us, three adults and two teenagers and I think the house was just a little bit too small. However I would not hesitate to recommend this house!

Super séjour. Petite anecdote , nous avons été escorté jusqu'à la vila do jardim par la police portugaise car nous étions perdus.... Notre arrivee tardive nous a plongé dans la nuit de plus le GPS que nous n arrivions pas configurer en français de bons souvenirs plein la tête . Merci à António et Fabiola ainsi que Sr Fransisco 😚

Superb Holiday Rental

What a lovely place to stay!!! While we were there it was very peaceful. House is very well equiped and comfortable, very well maintained. Security gates make you feel very safe. Antonio was a great help and very friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone, we had a great time.

très déçu par cette location

Nous avons été un peu déçus de la villa à savoir que le ménage n'était pas très propre, Toile d’araignées tout le long de la fenêtre vitrée et de plus le barbecue n'avait pas été nettoyé, le frigo qui après 4 jours nous a donné des boissons fraîches, le lave-vaisselle ne laver pas très bien, la hotte de la gazinière ne pouvait plus aspirer, vraiment à revoir, dans le four il y avait un plat rouillé cela aurait dû être changé, (photos à l'appui). Les WC du bas problème de chasse d'eau. L'accès à la piscine aucun problème mais les peu de transats qui été là, été déjà réservés par des serviettes, je trouve que le civisme des personnes n'est pas du tout présent, de plus parfois, ils venaient que dans l'après-midi. Il y a un règlement, certaines personnes ne le respectez pas, par contre nous nous le respections. Je tiens à remercier le concierge et la personne qui nettoyé la piscine, des gens très sympathique. Dommage ce n’est pas un endroit que nous retournerons. Pedro Geneviève

Eu a minha família adoramos o condomínio

Eu a minha família adoramos estar na casa n9 no condomínio do jardim. Para quem pretender descansar em família é o local ideal, deste a paz constante, so ouvir dos pássaros, á moradia que tem todas as comodidades e realizações das necessidades familiares para a distancia da praia ou da marina de vilamoura. Piscina fantástica, ambiente familiar. Eu e a minha família descansamos e iremos repetir garantidamente. O nosso muito obrigado.

"Appartement très sympa , spacieux , propre . Par contre la vue ne donne pas sur la piscine comme je le pensais , mais bon très bien quand même . Situé dans une belle résidence , au calme et assez proches des commerces . J'y suis allé avec ma femme , mai cela conviendra très bien à une petite famille de 4 personnes , il y a des jeux pour les enfants , des bouquins , des DVD . Vraiment une très bonne expérience ."
