Premium Location: Located in a residential area with an easy 15 minutes walk to the marina. In a Idyllic place this two bedroom holiday apartment has a stunning view over the pool, sea and golf.
This apartment has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The lounge is very spacious with a dining area and opens out into a large balcony with barbecue with distant sea view that overlooks the golf and pools. There is climate control air-conditioning and heating system throughout.
Car is not necessary, the garden has a gate which make an easy 10 minutes walking to the marina and beach and less than 5 minutes by car from the golf courses. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are in Parque das Amendoeiras which is 5 minutes walking.
Kitchen: oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron/ ironing board, table and 2 chairs and expresso coffee machine.
Lounge/ Dining area: Chaise longue sofa-bed, dining table and 6 chairs, LCD, Netflix, air-conditioning, balcony with sea, golf and pool view.
Bedroom: double bed, en-suite with hydromassage bath, hairdryer, air-conditioning, balcony with sea, golf and pool view.
