A charming apartment with a large terrace, only 10 minutes from the beach. You will like the open living room with a sofa bed for two, armchairs and a TV. From here you can access the great terrace bathing in the evening sun which has a dining place for six persons. Both bedrooms come with a double bed.

The bright kitchen is modern and well equipped. The bathroom is modern as well and has a shower and a separate WC.

This apartment benefits from its central location in Juan-les-Pins with several restaurants, cafés, and shops to choose from, and the beach is only a few minute's walks away.

Ready to relax?

This is the place. The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the train station (we took the train to Nice and Menton) ... and the bus stop is convenient as well. The beach is a short walk, the grocery store around the corner, playground a short walk. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs. Photos are accurate. Rafika was very attentive and accomodating. We will return.

Great location in a cute town

The location of the apartment is very good. A five minute walk from the beach and central activities. At the same time it is a fairly quiet street and close to markets and cafes in the area. The house is large and comfortable, very well decorated, with good Wi-Fi, A/C and a patio where we enjoyed our breakfasts. For those who go by car there is a paid parking lot until 6pm one block from the house where we always find space. Then you can leave the car overnight without paying.

This apartment is exactly as described! Charming and a great location. The property manager met my niece there to show her all the ins and outs of the property. A much needed bottle of Rose’ greeted us after a long flight. We enjoyed a short walk to local coffee shops and to the beautiful beach. This apartment was perfect for our girls trip to see my niece
