Beautiful fisherman's house recently renovated, located in the heart of Cap de Creus, in Llançà, a few meters from the best beaches and coves in the area.


A space that perfectly combines the charm of a historic property with the most modern equipment, designed to enjoy your stay and the unique environment, with your family and friends.

House 180 m distributed in three floors, which are composed of:
Floor 1. - Three rooms and living area, bathroom with shower and screen, two rooms with double beds, a room with two single beds and a sofa bed suitable for two people. A balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

Floor 0. - TV lounge and rest composed of sofa and armchairs, tables and chairs, bathroom with shower, large fully equipped kitchen for 8 people and TV.

Basement: - music and games room composed of a sofa bed with armchairs, games table and chairs.
Cellar room composed of cellar and pool table.
Easy parking area on public roads.
Pets under 12 kg are allowed.

Loaded with character

We enjoyed our stay with our daughter and her family in this large, old house. If you are looking for a modern environment, then this is not for you. However if you wish to be surrounded by character and a sense of bygone then I’m sure you will enjoy this house. We had everything we needed for a two week stay. Bathrooms were spotless and all amenities worked well. It was rather hot at night but there are ceiling fans throughout. The basement area was set up well however there is a strong smell of dampness which I think is unavoidable. We would recommend this property and it’s close proximity to the village and port was so convenient.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé, la maison est très agréable dans un super quartier. Alexandra a été très souple notamment suite à une erreur de ma part sur l’heure de départ. Je recommande.
