This is a contemporary style property with chic and comfortable interiors set out over three levels. Stylishly decorated throughout using a combination of natural stone and wood gives it an elegant and natural feel. It is ideal for summer living with extraordinarily large outdoor entertaining areas.

Villa Madouri is one of a group of 4 seafront villas called “Infinity Blue”, all of which all are built on different levels offering each its own privacy together with spectacular views over the turquoise Ionian sea and its islands. Madouri is front line, closest to the beach and is perfect for families who want to escape from it all and just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

On the ground floor level is an open plan space with living area that has in-built sofas and a very smart kitchen which is well equipped. Large teak and glass doors fold right back from the living area to reveal the sensational sea  view from the terrace. On this level there is also a guest WC.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large bathroom with bath, shower and WC. As well as a separate walk-in closet/dressing room, it has its own large veranda which has stunning sea views. The 2nd double bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with WC and shower, and exceptional views from the large picture-windows over the bay. Both upper level bedrooms have magnificent over Paleros Bay with the islands of Meganissi, Lefkada, Atokos, Kalamos & Scorpios in the distance.
In the basement are three further bedrooms, two bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower. The third bedroom is a small internal space which offers a bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower (please note that this bedroom only has an internal window with no natural light and would be suitable for for housemaids, au pairs etc. ).

The property is very well equipped with Starlink WI FI internet as well as air-conditioning throughout. All furnishings are of the highest quality and the style is pleasingly minimal giving a chic and fresh feel throughout.

Villa Madouri has many positive features to make it an ideal villa to stay, one of the most outstanding advantage, aside from its location, is the amount of outdoor living and dining space that has been created. From the living room, teak doors lead out onto a large, covered veranda and decking area.  Here are the first of two outdoor dining areas with in-built sofas and pillows around a large table. The stunning infinity swimming pool has uninterrupted views over the bay and there are plenty of comfortable teak loungers around the pool. On a lower terrace is a small garden with lawns punctuated by an impressive palm tree, and to the left is another decked area with very large outdoor dining and living area that can accommodate 10 guests as well as an additional sun-deck area with loungers set just above the beach. In the evenings, the sunset over the sea is stunning and at night guests can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings from the atmospherically lit outdoor entertaining areas.

The Neighborhood:
Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas,cafe and a bakery are within walking distance.
The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada (which boasts some of the top 10 beaches in Europe), Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. We can book this for you at any time.
4km around the bay you will come along the busy town of Paleros which is a lively alternative to Pogonia. There are tavernas, shops and our own Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu. A great place to visit both night and day.

A car is recommended, there is free parking directly outside the villa.

We can arrange a rib boat around the ionian islands and other excusions. We have our own qualified masseur who is available to come to the villa and give private massages.
