Villa Iva is an apartment house located in the beautiful city of Povlja on the Dalmatian island of Brac, just a few meters from the sea. Not only is the house located directly on a pebble beach, but guests of all three apartments also have a shared swimming pool at their disposal. All guests have private parking provided for them. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, air-conditioning, bed linen and towels. The apartments are located about 1 km from the center of Povlja, as well as the nearest grocery store and restaurant.
This nice apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and can accommodate up to three persons. It consists of one bedrooms with a double bed a kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances connected to the dining area and living area with satellite TV and air conditioning.
